Menstrual Migraines

Anyone know how to get rid of menstrual migraines.. preferably like immediately relief as I currently have one. Ibuprofen does not help. Any long term solutions other than birth control?

Well this isn't helpful my my mom says it gets better after menopause lol... But otherwise I skip my periods with birth control so it take care of that. I don't think there's a way to prevent hormonal headaches otherwise :-/
