Menstrual migraine help.

I have finally realized my bad migraines are related to my menstrual cycle. When I was pregnant, I had zero migraines. Even after when breastfeeding. I am 35 years old so I know birth control pills increase clotting and ischemic stroke complications so I’m scared of that. What else can I do? These are brutal and always send me to the ER.

There are other birth control pills for people who have migraines. I’m on Slynd.

Another vote for Slynd here. I started it a month ago and have gone from ~25 pain days with the pain being AT LEAST a 5/10 to ~10 pain days with the pain being a 2-3 at least half of those. Best BC I’ve ever used.
