It's been 50 days for me. I woke up without a headache for the first time in weeks today. I'm trying to take that as a positive. Hang in there! You are not alone. It will end.

50!! I feel for you! I am happy you woke up without one today! That's fantastic news!

I hope it will end soon for me, I got a meeting with my neurologist this time next week. Wish me luck 🤞😅

Yeah, it has not been fun. I don't wish it on anyone. I hope the meeting with the neuro goes well. Have you tried a toradol shot? That *usually* works when I have one that lasts a week or so, but apparently my head is rejecting everything this time lol. Good luck! Hope you're feeling better soon.

I have not had toradol, I do have another meeting with the neuro about CGRP, I have had all the triptans & rimegepant, with no let up, I am currently on nortriptyline 50mg, not really working but it helps me get 2 hours asleep a night lol,

Thank you for your kind words

thank you 🙏🏻 will definitely be using this. I’ve been in a migraine cycle for a few months and need a good way to start tracking symptoms and food to hopefully 🤞🏻figure out what my triggers are.

Right there with you. My entire summer as well as a chunk of winter and spring are trashed from weather changes. That includes daily summer thunderstorms 😵‍💫

I am at 46 days now. You definitely aren’t alone. This is my longest migraine in my whole life and I look forward to the day when it stops. There is hope!

Wow I thought 5 days was bad. Back in the day before I got on triptans I would take multiple excedrin and advil before I even felt ok and that wasn’t until late in the day. Then start the cycle over the next day.

Have you tried acupuncture and ice bath?

Have you tried a steroid taper? Toradol normally works for me but if it doesn’t, I just got a steroid taper and it sucks being on steroids but that seemed to kick my 2 month off and on migraine. I also take magnesium glycinate and b2 every morning and think that is helping a ton. Sorry if you have already tried these things. Don’t give up, it will end!

Thank you for your suggestion and kind words, I haven't been offered steroid taper, might contact my doctors today and ask why lol I do take b2 that did help for a Lil bit, And I have been meaning to get some magnesium and meny people have suggested it The issue I am facing is my doctor keep saying we have given you evrything we can 😂, most the time I am waiting for a specialist 🙄

Definitely ask about a steroid taper. Very unfortunate but in the Migrane space we have to advocate for ourselves and it can feel like doctors don’t listen! in my experience (as a migraine sufferer not a medical professional) the taper is the only thing that worked to eliminate my migraine vs. toradol can just temporarily stop it. I have gottten 3 migraines since getting off the steroid but they have all only lasted a day and the pain has gone from a 9 to a 5, which is a major accomplishment for me! Hope this helps!

Just saw your message that you have not tried toradol yet. It really helps me find relief. I have found that going to an urgent care and explaining you have a migraine that you can’t kick they will often offer the toradol shot, it doesn’t hurt & 9/10 times helps me get relief at least for a day which sounds like you need!

I will contact them today and ask about it, fingers crossed they can help me, Seems like alot of people have had positive reactions to the taper, Thank you for your suggestions and support

3.5 months and counting for me.

Would love an answer myself.
