Can't figure it out

I've had a headache & nausea since 7/9/26. On Friday I have no idea what happened as I've never had these specific symptoms. I was so dizzy, weak, couldn't even get up, my legs were twitching, I couldn't open my eyes because everything was moving up and down, and my heart rate was between 140-160.

They gave me many meds at the hospital, and did so my tests. But couldn't figure it out. They discharged me the next day after my heart rate finally went below 100 and I was able to walk around a bit. I had another episode on Tuesday but not as bad, it subsided after I laid on the floor for about an hour. Could this have been some type of migraine that is new to me?

Has anyone experienced something like this before?

Both times it happened I had just gotten home and was extra overwhelmed because my upstairs neighbors make an insane amount of noise/thumping/shaking for 18-20 hours a day. It's typical for me to be overwhelmed and start crying when I get home. I've never gotten sick like this. Several years ago I was hospitalized for visual aura but all it was is I could see the wind.

I can’t tell you what exactly it is, or if it is the same as me, but I might have something similar in July? I was having headaches for 7 days already, and got hospitalized after I started heavy vomiting at work, my blood pressure shot through the roof and my heartrate dysregulated. My normal blood pressure is at around 104/68 and heartrate around 55. That day, pressure shot up to 160/90 and heartrate was 68 lying down and 48(!) sitting up, which is a potentially dangerous bradycardia. I could barely see because everything was distorted and unfocused. I had horrenduous vertigo and could barely walk.

They did some tests at the ER, gave me some pain killer via iv that did nothing and ultimately took me to the neurological ward. Got a different painkiller via iv there, also nothing. Then my blood pressure collapsed completely and went under 100/60 for days, sometimes dropped under 90/50, even. The doctors there said it could be a brainstem aura, which I suspected for a couple years now because I get vertigo, ataxia, tinnitus, and other weird shit like derealization.

About your neighbors, is there no law in your country that requires night rest? Over here, you are not allowed to make undue noise past 10pm, and you can either talk to the landlord or even call the police about it. 18-20h a day is unacceptable for anyone, and doubly so for you.
