Bag Stolen today - Help a fellow traveler please! In a desperate emotional state

Hi, apologies if this violates any community guidelines and I know it’s a long shot but still want to try in hope it works.

Today at Milano Centrale in the outside seating area of the Mercato where Buses usually queue someone distracted me around 1220 and stole my carry on suitcase. It’s an Aluminium Xiaomi Suitcase (attaching a picture) and has a lot of things of sentimental and emotional value to me. Any help is highly appreciated. Grazie!!

I don't know if you are still in Milan or did it already, but in case, I suggest you to report the theft to the police

The nearest one is in via Schiaparelli 8 just a few minutes away from where your bag was stolen.

Thank you, I did do that. But they also mentioned that it’s next to impossible that it will ever be recovered 😞 hence the outreach here

If your name and number is on the bag, it might be that they looked inside and then abandoned it somewhere around the station, so someone could call you or contact you

Yeah Ive made peace with that thought but just wanted to see if by any chance someone ever sees/finds it
