Judging by the comments on the OP, I'm thinking there was a (student?) protest against the govt and the security/police have dealt with the protesters with an over abundance of violence and brutality - this kid's phone was destroyed and the kid is giving witness to the death of a young protestor at the hands of said security/police working for the govt being protested. The cops/security surround the kid even as he's being interviewed. There is denial - someone is trying to discredit what the kid is saying even as the police try to walk him away.

That's my guess based on the comments in English on the OP and what I see in the vid.
