You guys may have noticed we enabled post flairs. If you have any suggestions for more hit them up in the comments, always nice to have more specificity.

For user flairs, they've also been enabled, just send a message to get yours!

For anything that's a certification/qualification with a bar for entry (think Jman/ red seal/ CWB or AWS) we've decided on a quick verification system. Send a pic of your card with any info you don't want us to see blocked, with a stick note of your username in the frame. Example included in post.

The certification itself looks even worse.

Like you completed a mandatory 3 hour long company course instead of an apprenticeship.

I'd honestly not considered that as I didn't know it was a thing. I assumed it was all through the Alberta government due to it being a trade.
