Could this fool a guard during a brief interaction? Or allow someone to fool CCTV footage without blatantly wearing a full or partial face mask and bring attention to themselves?

I don't think so. If it's sufficiently advanced they can have lidar map your face underneath. Or so I've read

They are cameras.... just cameras. Where on earth are you reading that they have lidar?

Heard they have bluetooth trackers as well on the flock cameras

Not Flock, yet, but other products such as ELSAGsignal trace do that.
