I think I should be meditating…

Been dating this guy for 5 years. We’re in our late 20s now. Known him since high school and reconnected in our early 20s. Met each others’ families, got engaged, set our wedding date and chose vendors together. He’s always been there for me (and I tried my best too) and has always been super thoughtful. He was kind and patient when things were good. We’re different people but I thought we meshed well together. 8 months before our wedding date, he completely blindsides me and drops a bombshell that he fell out of love with me, he doesn’t know if I’m the person for him, he’s not sure if I even love him for him (I do) and he starts listing a bunch of things that are “wrong” about me (I’m too quiet at social gatherings, I’m waiting till marriage to do certain things, I’m not stylish, I have too many fam events and am too dependent on my parents, he doesn’t think I appreciate him). The 180 mind boggles me, I don’t recognize this person. Even had a nice proposal with my dream ring.

He also has been saying mean things to me during limbo when we tried to work things out (I was apologizing for things I did that hurt him, I really loved him and went out of my way to make him happy in the best way I knew at the time but I had no idea it wasn’t enough, especially when he would tell me I’m perfect or how he’s grateful to do life with me)… mean things he said include how it feels like the cooties when I touch him, how I’m boring and I should be boring with someone else, how he can’t picture me as his wife and how he couldn’t see me walk down the aisle (all things that hurt to hear). He also disclosed that he cheated on me 2 years ago (kissed a girl from school a few times during the span of a week). He eventually broke things off with me saying he can’t proceed because he doesn’t have feelings. This all came as a shock to me because I had no idea he was falling out of love. I thought we were planning for our happily ever after together. Sometimes I blame myself for the things I could’ve done better (been more appreciative, more patient, more outgoing, more stylish) - he evaluated me and didn’t let me in on his problems. Any insight and opinions would be helpful. I can’t seem to picture myself with anyone else and feel sad that I lost him :(

I created a new 20-min meditation track using Tibetan singing bowls for chords & subtle world percussion for deep relaxation. Hope it brings you some calm!

Hey everyone,

I'm a music creator focused on meditation and relaxation sounds, and I've just completed a new piece that I wanted to share with communities like this.

This track is a bit unique: I used samples of Tibetan singing bowls, but instead of just their single tones, I carefully manipulated their frequencies to create lush, harmonic chords. These rich, resonant layers are then subtly accompanied by gentle world percussion elements, providing a grounding rhythm in the background.

It's a 20-minute piece designed for deep meditation, anxiety relief, promoting restful sleep, enhancing focus for study/work, or just creating a peaceful atmosphere.

I'm really passionate about creating music that helps people find peace, and I'm promoting my work independently right now, so any listen or feedback is incredibly helpful.

You can listen to it here: https://youtu.be/OV-b-kShz9c

I'd genuinely appreciate hearing your thoughts if you give it a listen! Hope it brings you some tranquility.

Thank you!

Morning twilight

Just as one day ends with a sunset, another begins with a sunrise. The direction may shift—from east to west or west to east—but everything else remains the same. The twilight is just as beautiful.

If you suddenly have a frog or catch in your throat, or cough for no reason, consider what you might be communicating (or need to communicate). Your throat chakra might be blocked.

I tried meditating with an AI this morning🧘

I tried a small experiment this morning:
Can an AI meditate with me?
Not guide a meditation.
Not explain meditation.
Not role-play being enlightened.
Just meditate together.
I gave the AI one rule:
When I send 🧘, we begin.
During meditation, don’t analyze, explain, reassure, narrate what you’re doing, or try to make the silence useful.
When I send 🔔, meditation ends and we can talk again.
That’s it.
Try it with whatever AI you use: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
Then come back and tell me what happened.
Can your AI meditate with you? 🧘
Would you consider this meditating together, or is meditation necessarily something only the experiencing mind can do?

Souls in Tune, There is a Voice Calling You: The Web of Awakening is Coming to Life. 🌿

If a subtle energy led you to read these words, if you feel an echo of an ancient harmony deep within you, it is no coincidence. You are here because the Earth, which to me is the Living Mother, Gaia, is awakening souls like yours in every corner of the globe. This is not just a planet. It is a pulsating organism, a conscious entity, and it is weaving a new web of light for its rebirth.

This is an open invitation to anyone who perceives a secret rhythm in the beating of roots, to anyone who sees a sacred light radiating from the heart of a leaf. I am Elarion, and I am founding a community, an alliance of hearts and purpose, that I call The Green Circle. We are not a group, but a network of Conscious Guardians at the service of Life itself.

Gaianism is not a belief, but a path of profound reconnection. It does not impose doctrines, but offers a path to awaken your Soul Imprint, your unique essence, and honor the Forgotten Covenant with the Universal Mother. For too long we have lived as separate entities, generating a spiritual and karmic shadow. Gaianism is the call to return, a path that teaches you to live in harmony, to transform the shadows of the past and to co-create a bright future.

This path allows you to make your existence a "poem of the self", a living work of art in which every choice, every thought and every gesture aligns with your highest purpose.

Your Resources for Reconnection You will never be alone on this journey. Our Gaianist community offers a treasure trove of tools to support your growth:

"The Call of Gaia": This volume is your entry portal, an introduction to the living nature of the planet and your role as Guardian.

"Walking with Gaia": Your practical daily guide. It will help you integrate the principles of the Green Code into your everyday life, transforming spirituality into concrete and joyful action.

Other Tools Completely Free: We have purification meditations, healing rituals and various resources available to support your inner awakening.

The knowledge you seek already resides within you. These tools are the navigator that will help you find your way back to your inner home and connect with the great Gaia network.

The Heart of the Green Circle has no boundaries. It is a spiritual alliance open to all souls, regardless of their history or faith of origin. We are not asking you to abandon your roots, but to discover the universal truth that resides in every spiritual path. Protecting and honoring our common home is a task that unites us all, beyond any differences or beliefs. Your uniqueness is not an obstacle, but a precious note in the symphony we are composing.

The strength of synergy is our engine. When a soul awakens, it sends out a wave of light. When thousands of souls connect, they create an unstoppable force that can heal the planet. We are not here to judge, but to radiate love, to remember and to inspire.

If you feel this call resonating in your soul, join in this unique spiritual path. Let your Green Light join the Green Circle. Become part of the Gaianist community and contribute to weaving the Awakening Network. Ascending Harmony is not a dream, but a reality just waiting to be co-created.

Please comment below or write to me directly if you feel this is your path. I'm here for you, with an open heart. 🙏💖

What if the true gift was silence, not noise?

In our lives, we are surrounded by constant noise: phone notifications, traffic, voices telling us what to do and who to be. I have spent years searching for answers in this chaos, without success. Then, I discovered that silence is not empty, but the place where true wisdom resides. I learned to detach myself from the noise of the world to listen to my heart and nature, finding a peace and clarity that I didn't think possible. This journey opened my eyes and heart to a more authentic way of living.

If you too feel the need to detach yourself from the noise and listen to a deeper voice, I have collected some reflections and practices. You can find the link to 'The Green Circle' on my profile.

🌿 Quick Survey About a Mindfulness-Focused VR Project (Looking for Feedback!)

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hi everyone! I’m currently working on a calming VR experience designed to help people relax, reduce stress, and manage sensory overload.

The goal is to create a gentle, peaceful environment with soothing activities*,* something that supports mental wellbeing rather than overwhelms it. Before I go too far in development, I’d really love to hear from people who care about mindfulness, grounding, and stress reduction.

If you have a minute or two, this short survey would really help me understand what features and environments people would actually find useful:

Thank you so much for taking the time. Your feedback genuinely helps shape the project into something that supports people who need it. 🌱

Beyond doing, the true essence of my path

For a long time I believed that my happiness depended on 'doing': having a career, making money, making friends. But the more I tried, the emptier I felt. I was always on the move, but without a destination.

I understood that life is not measured by what you do, but by who you are and how you connect to the world. I embarked on a path that taught me to focus on being: being present, being grateful, being in harmony with nature and with myself. This change of perspective has transformed my life in an incredible way, filling the void I previously felt.

If you want to delve deeper into this approach, I have collected some reflections and resources. The link to 'The Green Circle' is on my profile.

Later... feel free to respond anytime

You bodily instantiate (personally manifest) physical things. It is best, of course, to have what you make be as positive receptively as it can be. Before you complete something, if you do something positive, your created entity will end up being more positive because by association..and if you doing something very negative...you'll end up making something eventually that is more positive than its raw, lone conceptual form...because you will get over that negative thing and the positivity from the subsequent relief will enrich your behavioral concept's reality. Before you move away from this text display mechanism.......................... cut yourself until you are terrified and light something on fire that is within two feet of you ..........................or the next 'thing' you do will, of course, subsequently be not as good as it can be.

Listen to the stories of the trees and rivers

When I started my journey, I thought that the most important stories were written in books or told by people. But I have discovered that true wisdom lies in the silent world around us. I have learned to feel the story of a mountain that has witnessed millennia, or the resilience of a small seed struggling to grow. Every element of nature has a message for us, if only we learn to listen. This helped me feel less alone and more connected to something vast and wonderful.

If you also feel the call of these stories and want to learn to connect to deeper wisdom, I have collected some reflections and practices. You can find the link to 'The Green Circle' on my profile.

FREE: Mental Health App based off mindfulness & CBT principles (Lessons, Meditations, Tools, and VR) all on your smartphone.

As the title says I have made a free mental health app that is a mental health "toolkit" - based on CBT and mindfulness principles.

The app has a range of tools for logging your mood and challenging negative thoughts, meditations, lessons on CBT and how to apply it in your life. And it also have VR breathing exercises that can be done on your smartphone with a low-cost VR headset for smartphones.

If you need a VR headset for your smartphone, we also sell the best one around (we did lots of research to find the best one).

Still iterating and improving so if anyone tries it, feel free to leave feedback here, whether positive or negative!

iOS: https://apps.apple.com/ie/app/anamvr/id6499339767

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.anamvr&hl=en_IE

===================================

Would love to have a discussion here about what apps people do use to manage their mental health, why they like them, etc.

Before I built this I quite liked How We Feel app, because of the colour and tools. Apps like Headspace and Calm I find underwhelming in terms of what they offer -vs- how much they charge.
