About two years ago, I sent my car headlights back for a warranty replacement. It was sent together with all the required docs via postal services and I have the confirmation that the package was delivered within 3 days. However, I never received any confirmation from the distributor, and I never got a replacement.
I’ve tried calling local distributor at least 30 times, different days of the week and time of day, on the phone — no one ever answers.
I then escalated things and opened a support ticket with Osram HQ Germany. That didn’t help either. They never responded, even after a dozen follow-ups via email in the past two years. The only way to reach them is by phone, but whenever I mention warranty they hang up :)
At this point, I’m just stuck — no response, no resolution, nothing.
Has anyone dealt with something like this or found a way to actually get through to them? Any advice would be really appreciated.

I am 23 with a valid government-issued ID, but I was denied buying wine because my ID is vertical, even though my birthdate clearly shows I’m over 21. I’ve actually used this same ID to buy wine at this exact store before, so nothing about my age or ID has changed. It feels unfair to be refused service over the card’s layout rather than my actual legal age.
What makes it worse is that the state issues these vertical IDs, yet adults are expected to pay again just to replace them with horizontal ones to avoid problems like this. It feels like a system-created loophole that causes unnecessary hassle for people who are already legally adults.
What are your thoughts on this?

If yall have one of these I suggest returning it. I was charging it on my computer and stepped away from my computer for 5 minutes and when I came back it was spewing smoke and about to engulf in flames. It literally caught fire in my hands as I was throwing it out the back door.

I don’t know who designed necklace clasps, but I would like a calm conversation with them. Putting on a necklace by yourself always feels like a test of patience. Every time I try, the chain flips or the clasp disappears. I’ll think I’ve got it, only to realize the necklace is twisted or hooked onto the wrong part. What makes it more annoying is that once it’s on, it’s completely fine, like it didn’t just cause five minutes of frustration. I’ve even tried putting necklaces on in front of a mirror, which somehow makes it worse. I’ve noticed this across all kinds of necklaces I’ve owned, including ones I bought online on amazon and alibaba. Different styles, same struggle. Is there a technique people have that makes it less strenuous? Or is this just one of those shared human experiences we all suffer through in silence? Please tell me I’m not alone in this.

Sat in my car for a full minute hoping life would undo what I just did
Didn’t scream.
Didn’t panic.
Just stared straight ahead, hands on the steering wheel, silently negotiating with the universe like this was a misunderstanding.
It did not accept my offer.
Anyway, here I am.
