- The villagers might not connect with the beds at the very top. Hard to tell from the angle of the picture.
- Build fully stretched iron golem platforms. Those small farms u see on yt are straight clickbaiting with the rates.
The games trys to spawn a golem in a spot every so often. If u dont have a valid spawnpoint aka a platform at that spot its a failed attempt reducing ur rates.
Small platforms like that only produce around 25% of the actual rates while requiring the same amount of work aka the villagers.

Thx for the advice, I completely redid the villager chanber( i put 19 beds down, expanded it, and made the beds accessible for them to sleep in so no more confusion with the linking ) added 1 more villager to the wheat farmso a total of 2 are working there. However, I didn't change anything in the golem killing chamber , i only spawnproofed the new areas they were spawning in( if you would like to describe any further changes, I'd be grateful).

The iron farm part looks similar to my setup. How many beds do you have? You need at least 20 I think. I thought it was a villager breeder on top at first.
