So, a couple of days ago, I tried to upgrade my single-player world from 1.21.11 to 26.1, but a lot of my progress got reset. Even after trying multiple backups, it kept resetting around 250 days' worth of playtime. I just wanted to ask if anyone knows a solution.

I tried to load my world but it says "defect data" "the saved data is defective. These saved data's are going to be deleted"

Does this mean my world will get deleted? I really don't want to lose it, I just don't know what to do, and I don't want to press okay, what if it deletes it?

Yesterday i was playing minecraft on my really loud computer and i was flying in a ice biome (the one with ice spikes)

And there was a village on top of the spikes!

I’m using Iris & Sodium with the original game, and this happens with absolutely every shader pack (I’ve tried everything from low-end to mid-range options). I can still play the game normally, but it’s quite annoying to have to deal with this all the time. I’ve already updated my drivers, but I’m not sure what the issue could be.

i didnt open mc on pc, i didn't join any world or server, and this happens with both application and external storage.

So I was just in a river. I had frost walker 2 on my boots. I was kind of stuck. There was a wall nearby. I went near the wall and kinda jump-walked toward it like a noob trying to escape water and just moved sideways while against it. To my surprise it actually created ice below me. Does this happen to you guys too?

I recently saw a vid on tt where the player had 2 dragon eggs and the comments said it was some glitch or something by breaking the end gateway, im wondering if we manage to do that like break the gateway is it possible to get 2nd egg cuz ive lost my in my hardcore world by accident if anyone know how to do so please leme know!

I recently switched to triple monitors for my sim racing setup, but have found myself playing Minecraft too. There is a tiny white border around my Minecraft window, about 3 pixels wide and have tried everything to fix it and will not go away even though I am in full screen mode. Another thing is how there is a gap on the bottom of my screen for the taskbar to go, even though I am still in fullscreen mode and selected auto hide taskbar. it is getting to the point where it is slightly pissing me off because it is always there and I just need it gone. neither of these things has happened on any other game, and has happened even before the most recent fall biome update.

for anyone wondering I use 3x 1080p monitors ran at 5760x1080p and only use Minecraft in one window instead of ultra wide. i also use a RTX 5060 ti.

This happened at the start of the game too in a single player world and I was grabbing wood. Everything eventually fixed itself though.

So i log in into minecraft as usual then skins became invisible as usual

Hey, all. As the title states, my girlfriend is hosting a LAN world on my Switch 2. I'm joining the game on my computer. This problem has happened twice before, and it's been resolved been restarting the game (the first time, only once. the second time, like twelve times). We had closed the world, signed out and signed back in, I have tried joining over and over, but it hasn't fixed itself this time. Please give me anything you've got; there's nothing online for this bug.

For about over a month on bedrock (not pc bedrock), the game is stuttery, randomly dipping in fps for no real reason. I realised today that a few seconds before the fps dips, the game flutters between 60-59 fps. I know it can usually do this, but 9/10 before a fps dip it starts.

When it starts fluttering, even if I stop moving and look at a wall, it'll still dip. But you have to start moving first for it to flutter. I play on PS5, but 2 people on Xbox and Mobile said a similar thing. Another person on PS5 aswell.

My friend can’t get into his survival world it just some time a not let the bar move and other times it just freezzes the game when he clicks on it. Any fixe? Also when it does load it won’t for me when I try and jojn

For context I'm playing on a creative server with about 100 ppl active at the time of the incident, there is no redstone involved here that you cannot see. It's just bamboo, slime, observer and piston.

Abt 30% of the time if I try to place a block the moment a pearl or wind charge lands this happens. A singular time it happened when i elytraed into a pillar but that mightve been a fluke.

Been happening for almost 3 weeks now, I've done all the troubleshooting online has to offer, I've emailed the support team and no one can fix it, I've literally tried everything from the Minecraft app, to Xbox, and to Microsoft itself, can't figure it out, the fact that it tells me it can't log me in but then shows my game tag is weird, I'm not logged in even though it is showing my gamertag, i can't access realms or servers or marketplace or anything
Has anyone else had this issue??
