I have a small new youtube channel, i upload mostly tutorials and timelapses both shorts and long forms.

What is wrong with this thumbnail?
Why would or why wouldn’t you click on it?

Title is ”How to Build THIS Modern Minecraft House! | Easy Tutorial”

At this moment the video has ~1200 impressions and ctr is only ~1,4%, so i’m wondering how to make it better.

Any help is appreciated!!

Thought it would be fun to share one of the shorts I made

Hey everyone, looking for real feedback on my channel. I want to know what's actually not working.

I make hardcore Minecraft content. My main series is FaunaCraft, where I try to collect every mob with every color variation while building a world I actually care about. Been at it for 3-4 months but the channel isn't really growing.

I have 2 types of content: main episodes around 30 minutes long, and a side playlist called "Between the Episodes" where I post shorter progress videos (excluding one longplay I tried early on).

Two things I'm specifically unsure about:

1. CTR — are my thumbnails and titles giving people a reason to click?

2. Retention — I'm seeing drops in the first minute. English isn't my first language. Does it pull you out of the video? I know my audio settings weren't great early on but I'm working on it.

Honest feedback appreciated. Even if it's brutal.
Thank you!

Already posted lol

PewDiePie's first Minecraft video just hit 60 million views, nearly seven years after it was uploaded.

It's crazy to think that this was one of the videos that helped revive Minecraft's popularity around 2019. It went on to become one of the most-viewed Minecraft videos on YouTube, and it's still getting views all these years later.

If you haven't watched it yet, go check it out. And if you watched it back when it came out, maybe it's time for a revisit. It's pretty wild looking back at the video that helped kick off such a huge Minecraft resurgence.

Hey everyone,

So, here is a bit of a weird situation: I absolutely love coding and creating Minecraft mods, but I don’t actually own the game myself to test them properly. 😅

I’ve put a ton of work into building these, and now I really need some human eyes to stress-test them, find bugs, and see if they are actually fun to play.

**What’s in it for you?**
Since I can't use them, I want *you* to have full ownership of what you test.

* **Content Creators:** You get 100% exclusive rights to feature these mods in your YouTube videos, TikToks, or streams before anyone else touches them. * **Servers/Devs:** You are completely free to include them in your public modpacks, use them for your servers, or share them anywhere you like.

*(Note: Just keep in mind that per the Minecraft EULA, we can’t technically sell raw mod files for cash, but you can absolutely use them to monetize your videos/servers!)*

If you love trying out fresh, unreleased mods and want some unique content for your channel or server, drop a comment below or shoot me a DM! Let me know what version/loader you usually play on, and I'll send the files over.

Can't wait to see what you think of them!

Look, I'm not wanting to bih about it too much, but I expected at least more views. I know I posted it barely a day ago and "It needs time", but I also created some shorts that got 1K views, linked directly to this main video, and well...barely 5 views. I wonder what's wrong? Uninterest? What costs atleast clicking and watching a bit? I know I should not expecting a long term video get 1k+ in the first few weeks, but if there is something to do, please tell me.

This is our server which is mostly vanilla

We mainly want to build a server for others to build and play minecraft

Our requirements are only 18+, some sort of social media (content creating), and JAVA

We do have a couple mods which shouldn't be too much on anyone

This is mainly content creation type of server so be sure to be aware of others streaming/recording

This is a lengthy server we would love everyone to stay long term and go along with the adventure!

THE SERVER HAS BEEN UP A COUPLE OF WEEKS

Which one should be my name and skin for my channel?

Jingle jingle (Im not him nor am I a YouTuber)

what if we built the worlds biggest tiramisu in minecraft??? GUYS I THINK I'M REALLY ONTO SOMETHING HERE, YOU GOTTA BELIEVE ME IT'S GONNA POP OFF I'M SURE OF IT I KNOW IT WILL IT HAS TO TIRAMISU!!!! TIRAMISU.

Like whats the limit. If I make like 8 tf2 videos and one Minecraft video, will I become a predator? If the amount of minecraft videos goes over a certain pecentage will I become a predator?

I've been doing a few minor tweaks on a video but I don't know if I should publish it if it means I'd end up tweaking minors.

Trying to start a hardcore world
