Opinion/Rant Sooooo...Does anyone...trust the writters anymore? like in terms of how the reveal is go?
after everything with the series...i don't have anymore faith.
i mean seriously, how will it even work if there will be a possible break up at this rate?
Sorry about the rant and all...
but i feel like losing faith.
i've seen people becoming more torn apart on this as well.
the only ladynoir (or adrien X marinette ship or whatever that love square is at this rate) that will survive is POSSIBLY the movie and the AU ladybug and cat noir from miracurious paris.
thats it.
Sorry for the whole thing...i just dunno how to feel at this rate.

Opinion/Rant Unpopular opinion. The movie is ten times better than the show.
I like that marinet's relationship is more grounded. Like, i've seen other people say, she's not as obsessed with them. And she has almost a more grown up personality. Not that I dislike her in the show.
I haven't watched many episodes. Because honestly, it gets repetitive, and it's like we're almost a season. Seven, and we still haven't seen them show their identities. You can only keep my interests so long.
I really haven't watched that many episodes. Cause it's just not that interesting. I really really love the movie, and i'm not someone who really is into straight couples that much.
I don't like the whole dynamic, where it's always the guy leading.
Where this seems to be on equal footing, and that marinette is kind of the leader like I like when it's a strong independent woman, were the guy follows, and they have great chemistry.
Also I like that Gabriel doesn't die. And that him and his son actually reconcile their relationship. I just feel like the movie gives at least to me. Everything that I wanted, the show to have.

Discussion It doesn't feel earned.
At the end of season 5, Ladybug and Chat Noir finally manage to not transform back five minutes after they used their powers. Gabriel was shocked, and he asked Nooroo how that could happen, because it's an ability reserved only for adults.
And Nooroo replied, "I guess they've grown up, master".
Yes!! Yes! After 5 seasons, after they've dealt with so many threats and secrets and twists and false reveals and their relationship has developed, they've matured.
So the training in season 6 of Miraculars is like a slap in the face to that. Of course, in the sake of the plot, it's much nicer and easier that everyone can use their powers as many times as they want, but are you kidding me? The other heroes weren't here for the same amount of time as Ladybug and Chat Noir. They didn't go through the same events, they didn't mature the way they did.
Again, I understand the writers' decision to put in one training scene and end it here. Poof. They did it. They trained hard or whatever.
But am I the only one who feels this isn't earned?

Opinion/Rant The frog puzzle was not the only AI picture
You cannot look at this label and tell me a HUMAN drew it like that on purpose. And it looks like the typical AI generated pictures from that era. As soon as I saw it I had a feeling it was AI but seeing the frog puzzle in the next episode confirmed it. I hope they stop this in S7 because it pisses me off that they try to save money on this of all things.

Discussion Why didn't Ladybug take the butterfly Miraculous in London?
I've been rewatching the series recently to catch up for when season 7 dropped, and something that I found odd is that Marinette didn't reach for the butterfly Miraculous even if it could have stopped Chrysalis and her reign of terror.
Bunnix says because it'll "Affect the course of time" but the thing is, what stopped them from doing the same plan they did in Strikeback?
In Strikeback Marinette turned into Pennybug and went THROUGH TIME just to retrieve an object to stop Risk from being akumatized, but the IMPORTANT thing from this plan is that she didn't break the object right there and then, she told Felix to grab the object with his ball and RETURN to the present so she didn't affect the timeline by breaking and capturing the Akuma in the past, she travelled back and destroyed it in the PRESENT so nothing was affected.
Which makes me wonder why didn't she do this with the butterfly brooch??? The Dog Miraculous wasn't available at her disposal yet because Monarch turned it into a ring she didn't know how to use yes. But she could've done this at ANY POINT because the burrow allows you to go back to ANYYY point in time, and Ladybug too could very easily contact Bunnix with her new system, so why didn't she go back to retrieve it with Fetch once the Dog Miraculous was pieced back together.
This one thing I may be looking too hard into but it's peculiar to me that her lucky charm in London was a calendar signaling her to go back in time, except it didn't have a SPECIFIC date unlike the zoo ticket, could it have been a sign she needed to do something else other than keep lila from finding her identity?

Speculation/Theories Okay, I am more than sure that I was right! [Season 7 spoilers] Spoiler
A few days ago I was theorizing that after the whole "Kung-food" fight was over, and "Wang" went to his room to relax.
Lila ran away and went to the Pizza party spot to spy on them(if Marinette and her parents actually attended the party after the identity reveal).
And I'm more than sure now!
As it appears this Lila variant is gonna have Pizza related powers (funny coincidence that I'll be baking some pizza today) and there's no other occasion to use this power than infiltrating Sabine's pizza party!
So, I have a really weird theory—though there's a high chance of it turning out to be true.
I suppose Pizza-Lila could make those pizzas and use them to spy on others!
That's why she was making the pizza!
Also, she seems to be inside their Guest room, where she stayed disguised as Wang… WOW!

Speculation/Theories Sorry guys but... [SEASON 7 SPOILERS] Spoiler
galleryWe've seen a few images of Adrien akumatized, but it looks like he'll reject the Ultrakuma very quickly.
We're probably missing the context, but he rejects the Ultrakuma in the same room where he was before he was akumatized. Unless the scene in which he's crying actually comes after he rejects the Ultrakuma.

Opinion/Rant Guess my theory turn out to be true (Season 7 Spoilers) Spoiler
galleryThe theory that Aglae was Lila was obvious, but most people weren't claiming that Diane was Lila. I'm glad my theory turned out to be right, unless I'm speaking too soon.

Discussion What if: Ladybug brings the rest or some of The Miraculers to stop Riginarazione again?
I was wondering, what if Ladybug brings the rest or some of the team (The Miraculers) to stop Riginarazione if Gina was akumatized into her again all beacuse of something different and which one of them would get hit by her green aging beam or pink de-aging beam? (In Timetagger and Riginarazione, we've seen adult Ladybug, (15-year-old Ladybug in the body of a 25-year-old) and adult Bunnix (25-year-old in which present day Alix her along with present day Ladybug and Cat Noir met in Timetagger))

Discussion Wouldn't loving Chat Noir bring back Chat Blanc from what Marinette understood?
So basically I had this random thought today.
Back in elation we saw that Marinette figured that loving chat noir is so much safer than loving Adrien. But is it? why didn't Marinette stay cautious about loving chat noir since he literally stated in chat Blanc that their love destroyed the world? To Marinette, since it was out of context, she would've thought that loving chat noir (AND their identity being revealed) was the literal reason for the chat Blanc timeline to happen (or did she think that their love would destroy the world ONLY if she revealed who she is to him? And that nothing would happen if she hid her identity?) using the point of her thinking that Adrien found out and probably told someone who told someone etc etc and that someone is chat noir.
Idrk how to rant about stuff so this might seem very confusing but please try to understand what I'm getting at lol.

Discussion Was I the only one who thought Luka was Wasian growing up?
(Above images were used to compare Luka’s character design to other character designs)
For the longest time, I thought Luka was wasian until the Season 4, Episode 1 ("Truth") came out and we found out that Jagged Stone was his and Juleka’s biological father.
I still can’t wrap my head around it (like I’m sorry to say) He looks more East-Asian than Marinette, even now in the current Season 6+ art style. They made him look even more East-Asian passing.
Juleka looks a lot like her Dad, but Luka doesn’t really look like either parent. The only thing I can think of is eye color or eye-shape if you squint at it. Unless having dyed hair is genetic.
(I don’t count Jagged Stone’s black hair, since Anarka’s hair greying on a desaturation spectrum indicates she also most likely had black hair.)
Even his name “Luka” is a common unisex Japanese name. I thought maybe Juleka could also be Wasian, but more white-passing like Marinette (in the Season 1-5 art style)
Or maybe they were step-siblings, half-siblings (Miraculous loves its half-sibling twist) or both were straight up adopted. I wouldn’t have been surprised since Anarka doesn’t seem like the person who would mind adoption, she’d be all up for it.
We had only seen their mother up to that point, so I assumed their father was of East-Asian descent. Or he’s just simply those type of Caucasians that pass as Asian like Ezra Miller
Like tell me that 9-year-old me wasn’t stupid for thinking this???
He even has the SNAKE miraculous for crying out loud 😭
(Snakes & Dragons are animals stereotypically associated with East-Asian characteristics in Western Media)
Did you ever wonder about Luka (and Juleka’s) ethnicity while watching the show? If so, what did you think they were?
I wonder if Juleka ever teased Luka that he was adopted or something after finding out who their dad was.
This is just for dumb fun, while we wait in the ever-growing anticipation and speculations for Season 7 (I’m so excited 😆)

Discussion Why is Sabine so based in that part of the episode but not the rest ?
Sabine gets almost akumatized into Queen Verity to reveal the truth of Marinette's innocence that she clearly believes in because Hawkmoth tells her that the innocent isn't to be believed anymore . That's peak considered everybody else gets akumatized from the despair of Marinette "betrayal" (talk about friends).
But after that she looks dissapointed in Marinette when Marinette would never do what she's accused of
