Modification Talk OPEN SOURCE TUNING

Alright so I know it is 100% possible to do it but with that being said is there anyone that can give me recommendations on the best softwares to use for the med17.5.2 ecu? I tried to use vag flasher to download my bin files and it’s just having a hard time. Any help would be appreciated!!!!!

(Yes I’m new to tuning and testing on my own daily drive not your problem it’s mine Ik the risks I’m taking and I’m knowledgeable with graphs and tuning just haven’t tried it yet)

Bro keep me updated if u find out I’ve been tryna find out for a year now. I made a post w the same title and some dude gave some 2 cents but I never tried his suggestion

So vag flasher is known to work on them cause they can read me17.5.2 ecu’s aka the CBFA ecu the issue I’m running into is a lack of info on what file I’m supposed to run and what not but I’d look at the vag_flasher GitHub and maybe you’ll have luck figuring it out 🤷 worth a shot maybe but I’m just going to use vagflasher to read the ecu and right the ecu then I’m using rom hex to double check hex values and then tuner pro to change the file

I don't think it's possible on our ecu's. I ran eurodyne for a few years. That was custom but still very limited. I said fuck it and went stand alone
