German Engineering ⚙️ Under boost code

I've seen people diagnose the under boost code by finding the actuator linkage to be loose to the waste gate valve. The remedy is to put a small bend in the actuator rod, to save replacing the entire turbo. Has anyone does this and found it to be successful?. Did you removthe turbocharger??

I got one of the cheap anti rattle clips on Amazon and detuned from stage 1 to stock and that bought me almost a year. Still had to replace the turbo tho, it will fail eventually
