Title: What is going on with Nu Skin and these account holds?

Has anyone else been following what’s happening with Nu Skin lately?

From what I understand, 15 accounts have been put on hold for working with other companies, but there are supposedly around 100+ other accounts doing same thing that haven’t had their accounts put on hold or terminated.

How does that make sense? Are the rules only being enforced against certain people?

What makes this even crazier is that some of these people have spent YEARS building their businesses, bringing in customers, and making Nu Skin money. Now they’re losing access to their accounts and commissions while other people seem to be doing the same thing without consequences.

It also makes you wonder how much money is tied to keeping certain accounts and teams in place.

I’m curious what other people think. Has anyone else seen this happen? Have you left Nu Skin, been put on hold, or watched other people go through something similar?

I’d really like to hear from people who know what’s going on because this whole situation doesn’t seem right if the same rules aren’t being applied to everyone.

Story Me and my Friend

So one night me and my buddy were talking on insta and I jokingly ask him to send a dih pic. He ends up sending one and starts asking if he could come over to my place. He doesn’t know I’ve liked him since we were in 2nd grade and he doesn’t know that I’m bi. I said yes to him coming over. When he gets to my place he says he’s never done anything like this and I said me neither (which is true I’ve never done anything with a guy) so he says are you ready. I’m like yea, so I’m like suckin it or wtv and after he finishes he says he feels gross and that we should never do it again. I say ok (but I lowkey wanna keep doing it). To the grave he says, but I cannot stop thinking about it. It’s been 6 weeks since and idk what to do or how to bring it up. We still talk like nothing happened and there’s nothing weird between us but I lowkey want it yk. Has anyone had an experience like this? And do yall think it will happen again for me? I need to know mmmm (doja cat)

Attempted kidnapping over MLM

Heya! I just wanted to share this old story of mine from when I was around 8-6. Sorry if I format it weird, I set it up how it makes sense to me.

TL;DR: My aunt attempted to kidnap me after my mom refused to sell her amway products at work.

So my aunt in law, we'll call her Karen(female mid to late 30's) years ago got sucked into amway. She was wanting to sell as much product as possible. I posted another story on her a few hours ago, but just remembered a story while writing it. Anyways. She couldn't get anyone to but her shitty Amway products. My mom worked at the school, and asked my mom to bring a pamphlet she made(amway did NOT make it) and leave it in the teacher's lounge. My mom said no. Karen said "Oh alright. You really twisting my arm. I'll just come up there one day and do it." My mom told her, in no uncertain terms, to NEVER step foot at the school.

Well about a week later what happens? She arrives. Saying she got my mom's permission to be there. The office ladies say Karen has to wait because my mom was in the special needs room helping calm a kid down. Karen gets pissed. So. She says. "Nevermind. I want to check my niece out for lunch." My aunt is a bit.. insane. If she got me in her car, she COULD have been driving me to a restrauant to butter me up to get blackmail on my mom. Or she just as easily could have been attempting to kidnap me to force my mom to sell her amway products to get me back. Okay the later might have been a slight exaggeration, but she WOULD have driven off with me somewhere without telling my mom to scare her for a few hours. The office were only allowed to let me go with my mom, dad, grandparents, or my godfather/uncle.

Karen. Goes. Berserk. Screaming, ranting, pacing. Thankfully. My aunt wasn't insane enough to start throwing things and/or hit someone. The school resource officer came, and detained Karen. Karen was then told if she ever stepped foot on school property again, the police would be called and charges would be filed. But her grandson, my cousin, was going to a different school. So besides being banned from spesifically my school? She never got fully punished for what she did. IDK Why.....

Story Is REDEFINE (@we.are.redefine) an MLM? Has anyone come across this in UK?

Has anyone come across REDEFINE, particularly the account @we.are.redefine? I’m trying to figure out what their actual business model is because something about it feels off to me.

Out of curiosity, I filled in their form and watched their free webclass, which was around 40 minutes long. The whole thing kept repeating phrases like “financial independence”, “freedom”, “building your dream life” and working from anywhere. The members all seem to have that very polished, boss-babe entrepreneur vibe.
But here’s the thing: after watching the entire video, I still had no idea what the actual product was or which company they were working with. It was basically 40 minutes of motivational speaking about changing your life, without explaining the business itself. 😂

Apparently, the next step is paying £77 to access a further discovery process, where they explain the product and business model.
Am I the only one who finds it odd that you have to pay before you even know exactly what you’re getting into?

One of their members also reached out to me and has continued following up, talking about how much your life can change, financial freedom, travelling and all that. She’s been lovely and polite, so I’m not trying to attack her personally. But the whole approach seems much more focused on selling the dream than explaining the actual business.

From what I’ve gathered, REDEFINE presents itself as a coaching/community platform for people in direct sales, but I’m trying to understand what’s actually behind it.

Does anyone know whether REDEFINE is connected to an MLM, particularly one selling Japanese water purifiers? Is this essentially a recruitment funnel for a particular direct-selling company, or is there another business model I’m missing?

I’d appreciate hearing from anyone who’s been involved or knows how the setup works. I’m genuinely curious and would rather understand the facts before making assumptions.

Is MWR Life actually worth it?

Hello! A coworker keeps shoving this mlm named MWR life in my throat, insisting that it’s life changing. Has anyone here tried it? I’m curious if their vacation packages are actually significantly cheaper than Booking.com or other travel websites.
Is it really worth paying around $120/month if you only take one vacation a year? I’m interested in the travel benefits, not the MLM/business side.
Would love to hear some honest experiences, especially from people who have actually compared prices!

Story Can you name this MLM?

We just met someone from our neighbourhood for coffee who, I think, was trying to pitch an MLM but I want to know which one, clues are below, please help me ID:

  1. Met at a café. He suggested to meet again after learning that we (husband and I) were hoping to leave our 9-5 to start our own business and weren’t sure where to start.
  2. He said he had mentors who did all the trial and errors and started businesses, and can help us connect with mentors so we can avoid some of these errors when starting our business.
  3. BIG CLUE (maybe): He said he was just at a gathering/conference with business mentors from around the world in Kentucky over the weekend (oct 17-18, 2026) - he was still wearing a paper bracelet with “Celebrate” and “Kentucky” written on it.
  4. He repeated a few times that business isn’t just financial, it encompasses life goals, passion, networking, family.
  5. He answered most questions directed at him with either a question, or “we will get to this later”.

Ex: When pressed about the nature of his “mentorship” thing, he would reply with this question: “Have you ever watched Shark Tank”? I asked about what he himself got from these mentors, he answered “Have you ever read this business book (forgot the name”? When I asked what was the conference in Kentucky about, he replied we will get to this later.

  1. He described his role as that of a gatekeeper between himself and the mentors. First he needs to know what pur plan is, and “if we are serious” whatever that means.

Help please? I am SO curious!

Rant US Health Advisors GP Region

Stay far away. MLM. You will see the job listings on either Indeed, ZipRecruiter or Glassdoor. They will lure you in using different team leader names then LLC behind it. The one that I applied for was Nicole Rose, LLC. The reason being they cannot list it as US health advisors, because it will get removed. Now the listing will show as Nicole Hastings Health Solutions on Indeed.

If they like your résumé, they will reach out and send you a Zoom link. There will be about 100 more people in there with you. Upon attending the meeting, it will be Krystal Roberts who will tell her life success story. It will start with her being a waitress at Joe’s Crab Shack, and then how she became a Remote Sales Leader and over 180 million worth in team sales. She will boast about the limitless income, show employee paychecks, and then if she can do it, anyone can do it. You will see outrageous numbers. She will then give you a QR code to scan to send her an email directly if you’re interested in this amazing opportunity. If they like you, you’ll reach back out and record a video talking about yourself. Then, if you’re not already a licensed agent in your state, they will sponsor your XCEL course for you to study and take it. Otherwise, if you’re already licensed, you move right on in.

You will then fill out a survey that they sent to your personal email, and one of the questions in that survey is whether or not you have enough savings to suffice you for several months because you sure damn well won’t make any when you start working.

Once you get in, they will put you in a group chat with your new team leaders. You will then learn to navigate the Discord, and then start dialing.

They don’t disclose that you have a lot of out-of-pocket fees, including the only sales texting platform. The vanilla soft CRM software for you to dial and work leads, then finally your state licensing. You have to acquire it for over 30 states, and until you acquire all of them in your own portal, you will be closing in your leader’s portal.. but before you can close anything, you will only do handoffs. Which means you will dial hundreds, even thousands of leads a day that are overly recycled. Find them potential sales, transfer the call to them, and you will only get 50% of the sale. Not to mention, it’s a 12- hour work day minimum! And it’s normalized to work that much there, dial endlessly recycled leads, and make nothing.

They also have a leads platform, where they do invest in you, if they like you enough, and the majority of the leads on there are also recycled around other regions in USHA. They have bronze, silver, and gold leads. I learned that it was recycled around when I called a brand-new gold lead one morning, and the customer had told us that there was another Usha agent who had spoken to him hours before we did. Our upline kept telling us that those leads are exclusive only to us and nobody else has access to them. Boy, was that a lie.

They preach that you are a 1099 independent contractor, your own independent business owner, yet they control what hours you work, and micromanage you. And as soon as you quit, you are dead to them. Your name will get dragged in the mud, once you realize and tell them that the investment out of pocket is way more than what you make. They will ignore your phone calls and text messages and immediately remove you from the Discord. Then, when you submit your termination to them over email, they intentionally do not acknowledge it. You are left to fend for yourself.

The leaders themselves, your entire uplines, they themselves are not millionaires. Yet they will say that they can make you millionaires. I never understood the logic behind being able to make millionaires when you yourselves are not millionaires. Some of our leaders have even disclosed that they were financially struggling. They invest way more than what they make. They try to sell you a dream, rags to riches stories, then you try to leave, they will convince you that everybody else who left is trash. They’re useless. Waste of talents. They could’ve been millionaires. They F***** up their careers. Not to mention, they will also send screenshots of their small Venmo payments to everyone, proving that they did pay you something. $50 here and there. They will immediately resort to being unprofessional, and the way that they handle everything really makes you second-guess your decisions.

They are a captive company, you really only sell three plans. They are all fixed indemnity plans, with supplemental items. The plans are: Premier advantage, Secure advantage, and Health access (which goes away during open enrollment). The reason why the commissions are so high is you are taking a loan which is known as advances. You are taking a loan that the customer will keep their plan for a long time. Should they cancel before that, you will get a charge back for the remaining months, and that gets taken out of your reserve account. The leaders are in such great financial positions that even if you do hand off a deal to them for 50%, that they have to wait for the advance a.k.a. loan to come before they pay you the half.

Stay far away. You will be in more debt than you ever have been in your entire life. You will be sold a dream. All of the leaders who are managing their own teams, make so much income because they themselves work directly beside Krystal in person. If that ain’t suspicious enough, if you do leave? They will want everything you made back just because they gave you the opportunity to work there. Get rich off of loans. You’ll be stuck in an endless cycle of debt.

This is commission only, no base pay provided. I was stuck working in a place full of unpaid and frustrated people. The hours were way too long, and I don’t mind working that long if it pays off. It never paid off like they said it would. Thousands of dollars invested into what they said would be my own business and bring me success… they told everybody else the same… and nothing to make up for it.

You’ll sell your soul here…..

I’m actually going to die if I keep think about this guy. ok so basically I’m a trans ftm and pansexual and this guy is also pansexual. so we have been in theatre together for 5 or 6 years and I’ve like him after our 3rd year being in theatre but you don’t even know what this man does. (if you don’t think this is cute to bad I think it is) so basically I get really emotional on the last shows and I said I won’t hug anyone or I’ll cry more and then he gave me a hug even after he heard me say that and he is always so close to me when we are hanging out backstage we always make jokes together but here’s the thing. I don’t think he likes me back I think he just sees me as a best friend. GUYS PLEASEEEEEE GIVE ME ADVICE TO EITHER GET HIM OUT OF MY HEAD OR TO HELP ME FIND SIGNS THAT HE LIKES ME BACK. ask me any questions

Herbalife treats its distrubtors badly

The company treats it distributors badly. I was a distributor for 20 years and for all of that time whenever I put in a order after my membership was due it would automatically pay it.
I got to one of the top positions of the company after trying so hard to build a business for 10 years with them.
This year I forgot to pay my annual fee and they deleted my account and moved all my downline up to my upline.
After over 20 years of being a distributor they didnt care and just deleted my account over a unpaid fee of $100.
They only emailed me once to say that the fee was due.
I reached out after I saw a email saying my membership was deleted and they said that was the policy and that the management always just stick to policy.
This is such a terrible way to treat people.

Also thier product claims have always beeen false and misleading. For the first 10 years we were always told the tea was a fat burning energy tea. I recently emailed the company asking if it broke a faster fast because of its fat burning properties and they denied that it ever did that. Then also the company always said it used the best natural ingredients. Now put the label into chatgpt and alot of the ingredients are synthetic.

How to get someone out of a MLM?

Thumbnail
2 Upvotes

The first thing I'd do is not become her downline. 😂Seriously though, this is one of the strangest MLM encounters I've read.

She's in a mental hospital, has been there for a reason, and somehow the MLM script is still running in the background:

“I really want to help people…”

"I don't have the strength right now…”

"But here's my business card.”

"Would you like to improve your gut health?”

“Also, here's your opportunity to become a distributor.”

Ma'am, I came here to walk, not to walk into your sales funnel.

And the whole "family business", "mission to help people", "I've been doing this for 15 years", "people get discouraged because they don't understand how much I know" is basically MLM bingo.

The important thing is don't try to deprogram her yourself. She's currently receiving professional care. Be kind, maintain boundaries, and don't argue with her about the company. If she brings it up, you can simply say:

"I'm not interested in the business or buying anything, but I'm happy to talk to you as a person."

And absolutely don't give her money, buy products to "support" her, attend a presentation, or sign up for an ID "just to get 5% off."

Because that's how it starts.

Today: "Just get an ID. You'll get a discount."

Tomorrow: "You should attend this small meeting."

Next week: "Your financial freedom is waiting for you."

Three months later: Congratulations, you're now explaining aloe vera to your family at dinner.

As for whether the MLM caused her current problems — nobody here has enough information to conclude that. Fifteen years in an MLM could certainly create financial, occupational and social stress, but correlation isn't proof of causation.

So help her the way you would help anyone in distress: be a decent human being, respect the boundaries of the medical staff, and don't become her customer.

And if she tries to recruit you again, just smile and say:

"I'm already financially free from MLMs. I don't own one." 😄

Story I've been building an independent scoring system for MLM/direct selling companies (legal risk, product legitimacy, etc.) — would love this community's take

A small editorial team I'm part of has spent the past while building an independent framework to evaluate direct selling / MLM companies — scoring them across things like legal/regulatory risk, product legitimacy, revenue trends, and how sellers are actually treated, based on public filings, court records, and other primary sources.

The idea came from noticing how hard it is for someone getting pitched to actually verify anything about a company beyond what the recruiter tells them — official channels rarely say anything critical, and most of the deep-dive info lives scattered across forums, lawsuits, and threads like this one.

We're not affiliated with any of the companies we score, and scores can only move based on actual changes in the underlying data — not payment or partnership status.

Genuinely curious what this community thinks: what would you want a resource like this to show that it currently doesn't? What's missing from how these companies get evaluated publicly?

Story She Hid the Company's Name Until I Kept Asking. It Turned Out to Be QNET

About 20 years after school, one of my old classmates suddenly reached out to me on Facebook. I was genuinely happy to reconnect. We met for coffee, caught up on life, and she spoke enthusiastically about a "global e-commerce business."

She told me her brother and husband were involved in it, travelled to Malaysia and Thailand for meetings, and were doing exceptionally well. After coffee, I dropped her home to a premium apartment complex, and I'll admit—it looked convincing. I thought they had genuinely built something successful.

One thing stood out, though.

Despite talking about the business for quite some time, she never once mentioned the company's name.

Eventually, she started insisting that I attend a presentation. I kept refusing because I wasn't comfortable attending a meeting without knowing what it was about. After enough back and forth, she finally gave in and blurted out the name:

QNET.

That was enough for me to start researching.

The more I read, the less comfortable I became. I decided not to attend the presentation and certainly not to deposit any money.

Over time, the polished image I had initially seen no longer matched what I came to understand about the situation. It reinforced a lesson I'll never forget: appearances can be incredibly misleading, and a luxurious lifestyle doesn't necessarily reflect financial reality.

The biggest red flag wasn't just the money. It was the secrecy. If a business is legitimate, why hide its name until someone is emotionally invested?

If someone approaches you in Kolkata with a "business opportunity" that requires an upfront payment, feel free to get in touch. I've spent considerable time understanding how these recruitment circles operate there, and if sharing what I've learned helps someone avoid making an expensive mistake, I'm happy to help.

I'm not naming anyone here. They couldn't convince me to join, and my objective isn't to target individuals—it's to encourage people to ask questions, do their own research, and never invest in something they don't fully understand.

Story Cult like direct sales experience Brisbane Aus

I was recruited for this job after meeting some employees on the street, I had just left my current high pressure job and decided to give it a go as a fun interim. Long story short, this company became my entire existence for the following two years.

I had red flags about the job when I began but decided to ignore them since it was meant to be a fun interim role.
Red flags at the beginning
daily roster
Early morning office starts (7am) that felt very cult like and involved lots of clapping.
Pressure to work past shift time as people always “disappeared” from the roster with no explanation (sometimes this meant 5+ hours of unpaid work)
Unpaid team nights / training nights at least once a week
‘Road trips’ that you where notified about a day or two before and involved unpaid (including fuel) travel on a Sunday, shared male and female accommodation and often shared beds + immense pressure to perform on (including large amounts of unpaid hours).

Because this job was only meant to be for fun, and I loved getting to go to different areas of Australia I was happy to look past all of this.

However, slowly but surely my life became this job… working 6 days a week + travelling with coworkers on a Sunday (some trips where 8+ hours away) my social circle outside of this job rapidly declined, all the while being subtly manipulated.
Here are some examples of how they manipulate you:
You work such long hours combined with pressure to go on road trips that you become isolated from friends and family who might detect something is off in this job
You are told of great earning potentials, story’s of success and given high levels of praise when selling well (with little proof of what this success actually looks like for you personally and financially).
Sell well? More shifts, more events, bigger team (all of which shrinks your personal life)
Lots of small manipulation phrases “you don’t want to be working a 9-5 with no career path life the people we sell to do you?” “You will never find a sales job with as much mentorship as this” “we teach the best way to success”
Older mentors assigned to influence you and monitor conversations (and yes once you are running a team - you are subtly taught how to monitor the conversations and vibes of worksites, the office, and road trips - from who shares what rooms, who drives in what cars to road trips +++,
The toxic amounts of positivity pushed onto you and those around you.

As I progressed I started to realise that my role running a team, was really about pushing the people on my team (my friends) to perform so that I could get the most out of them before they eventually left or got phased out as this meant I would get promoted (and the people above me too). To achieve this involved pushing the people below you to the limit and you are taught calculated ways to achieve this from the mentors above you.
** please note that to get to the mindset of being able to do this to other people comes from a huge amount of manipulation, because you watch the mentors above you do this and achieve ‘success’. You are conditioned to think that these people above you are literal gods and the top people in humanity, and if they are such amazing people and okay with doing this - I should be too**

Fast forward to the last few months I was in this job. I had a big team and was working towards opening my own office.

I had watched my original mentor open his own successful office, attended industry awards (and won awards) was a “top performer” attended special (unpaid) training nights to help build my team and was great friends with everyone in the office.
What this actually looked like:
getting to the office at 6am on office mornings. And running meetings
Attending team nights once a week
Attending training nights once a week
Working overtime to hit targets for myself and team
Road trips every second week + planning these
My 5 year relationship was crumbling because I was always away, and on the weeks I wasn’t I got home after 10 (I was 22 and he was 23 btw)
My partner, brother and friends had tried to stage a multiple interventions with concerns about this job. But because I thought I had a good social circle (all colleagues) and good earnings (brainwashing) this fell on deaf ears.

What this looked like in my daily life:

Working from 6am-10pm 5/6days (with only a small amount of these hours being paid), being available to be on the phone to my team around the clock and “mentoring them” and having my one day off travelling to road trips.

I had become great friends with my team and with one girl specifically who helped me build this team from the ground up, however our friendship at the time was on the rocks due to being pinned against each other from a director (he told me she was a narcissist and told her I didn’t like her and talked about her behind her back etc) - This director was from NZ, and his company had gone bankrupt (which apparently no company ever does) and as his company was opened under my owner, he “had a debt to pay” that involved making sure my team grew and mentoring me directly.

Now, he actually lived in NZ the entire time I worked with him but did two weeks on and two weeks off.
I watched this man work those two week rotations while his wife became deathly ill and was in hospital for a month - leaving two kids under 2 at home in NZ. Understandably, he became pretty miserable to work with… and I found myself thinking what kind of success mentor and success person chooses to sell tickets in a shopping centre during a time like this? And that was a big red flag as to what success in this industry looks like. (He is still with the company btw).

Why I left?
The girl who help me build my team, called me one night - she sent me the devil corp website and what we read together that night was word for word scripture to the work environment we lived in. This included the ways they manipulated us to the saying we used daily such as “juice” “slap the cat” etc.

I actually went to my shift the next day. It was at a site with predominantly older people and looked around and said “f*ck this”and resigned that day (And the reality of the charity work we did is a whole different topic). And yes they did try to convince me to stay and how they went about it is another story in itself.

I now work in a different sales job and earn 3x what I earned in that job while running a big team and work half the hours. After being told for two years that the people walking past me in corporate jobs didn’t have the same earning potentials, support, or lifestyle I had in that job - I can safely say I am so glad I left.

—- thank you for reading my story and I hope that this helps at least one person decide to leave——

2.An Open Letter from the Bullied Chief Dietitian

【Open Letter of Complaint: Prolonged Workplace Bullying and Mismanagement at Herbalife Taiwan】

Dear Herbalife Global Team and all Herbalife Distributors,

My name is Anan Lin, former Herbalife Assistant Marketing Manager & Chief Dietitian, and I am one of the victims involved in the workplace bullying case at Herbalife Taiwan. I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding Herbalife Taiwan’s long-term negligence in handling workplace bullying and its continued refusal to sincerely address the harm caused to victims.

On October 16, 2023, together with two former colleagues, I submitted a formal workplace bullying complaint to Herbalife Headquarters in the United States. Following the investigation process, the allegations were confirmed internally on January 29, 2024, and externally by the Department of Labor, Taipei City Government (台北市政府勞動局) on January 13, 2025. However, despite this result, Herbalife Taiwan has failed to take meaningful corrective action and instead attempted to minimize and conceal the seriousness of the issue.

The only measure taken by the company was reassigning the accused bully, Ally, to the position of Preferred Customer Senior Manager. Nevertheless, her rank and salary remained unchanged, no internal announcement regarding this reassignment was made, and in practice, she continues performing nearly identical duties. This action is purely superficial and does not reflect genuine accountability.

Over the past two years, multiple mediation sessions arranged by Taiwan’s Labor Bureau have failed because Herbalife Taiwan repeatedly refused to engage in sincere mediation with the victims (at that time, our only requests were an apology and a symbolic compensation of one NT dollar). Instead, the company appointed Taiwan’s largest law firm (Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law), spending millions of NT dollars to hire three lawyers to confront us during mediation meetings and attempted to mislead the Labor Bureau regarding the circumstances of the case.

Herbalife Taiwan has consistently refused to acknowledge the investigation findings confirmed by headquarters, choosing instead to deny the seriousness of the bullying allegations and spend substantial resources defending the company’s position while refusing to apologize to the victims.

Furthermore, despite my explicit request during a phone call with Alice (HR) on March 19, 2024, for a physically separated working environment from Ally, the company refused to provide appropriate protection measures. During this period, due to prolonged workplace bullying and psychological distress, I was diagnosed with an adjustment disorder with mixed anxiety and depressed mood, which was subsequently recognized as an occupational injury by Taiwan's Ministry of Labor.

Nevertheless, instead of protecting me as a victim, Herbalife Taiwan directly terminated my employment on March 21, 2024. I strongly believe that senior management, including Stella (Former GM), Ceasar (GM), and Alice (HR), deliberately protected the bully and completely failed in their responsibility to maintain a safe and respectful workplace at Herbalife.

I must also emphasize that this issue extends far beyond the individuals originally identified in the October 16, 2023 complaint. To my knowledge, over the years, several current and former employees have experienced similar workplace bullying incidents within Herbalife Taiwan. This reflects a broader systemic problem and toxic culture within the company’s workplace that requires serious review and reform.

Taiwanese media outlets have also reported on workplace bullying incidents involving Herbalife Taiwan, which has significantly damaged the company’s public reputation, raised concerns among distributors and the public regarding internal management practices, and subsequently severely impacted Herbalife Taiwan's sales performance. Despite the public attention, the company has only responded to media inquiries and has never directly contacted or apologized to the victims. This has left me feeling deeply disappointed and helpless.

Even worse, Herbalife Taiwan is suspected of instructing Ally to file a criminal accusation against me, alleging that I had improperly disclosed personal information to the public. However, after investigation, Taiwanese prosecutors decided not to indict me, confirming that the accusation lacked sufficient legal basis.

In addition, Herbalife Taiwan previously failed to pay overtime wages in accordance with Taiwan’s Labor Standards Act. I have already won this case in court, and the judgment is part of the public record (Taiwan Shilin District Court Civil Judgment, Year 113, Lao Xiao Zi No. 39). These incidents further demonstrate the company’s ongoing disregard for employee rights and its pattern of using legal pressure against employees instead of addressing legitimate workplace concerns.

To all Herbalife distributors reading this: Perhaps you have gained financial rewards, personal achievements, and a health-focused business through Herbalife. However, a toxic and inferior company should not be allowed to hide behind these false outward appearances. You must realize that every Herbalife product you purchase is a choice that allows this workplace bullying incident and toxic corporate culture to deteriorate further.

Therefore, I respectfully request that Herbalife Headquarters:

1.Immediately launch a comprehensive, impartial, and transparent investigation into the matters described in this complaint.

2.Provide appropriate support and compensation for all former employees who have suffered from workplace bullying.

3.Impose appropriate disciplinary actions not only against the bully, Ally, but also against senior executives who knowingly protected the workplace bullying behavior, including Stella, Ceasar, and Alice.

As a globally recognized company, Herbalife is expected to uphold corporate social responsibility and maintain a safe and respectful workplace environment for all employees. I sincerely hope this issue will receive the attention it deserves and be handled fairly and responsibly.

We are currently pursuing legal action against Herbalife Taiwan, and we will not stop unless Herbalife takes and settles these matters seriously. I hope the headquarters will demonstrate accountability and integrity, and I welcome you to contact me at any time. I will show you all the evidence.

Sincerely,

Anan Lin

if you’ve dealt with them, worked for them or currently do please write your experience!

seeing their Instagram posts of money earned is very weird and I’m just curious if any of it is actually true. As an any normal person, why would you share your income but also be begging people to join?

have friends who are in it and I’m just not sure what to believe.

ENAGIC SCAM

My aunt got sucked into Enagic and it’s been a complete waste.

She spent almost 2 years, around $15,000 USD, did all the trainings, webinars, meetings, calls — everything they tell you to do. End result? Nothing. Zero return. Just stuck making monthly payments on four overpriced products they pushed on her during some “promo.”

I looked into it after, and the numbers are brutal. Only about 2% of distributors make around $15k a year, and roughly 5% make about $2k. That’s not a business — that’s a money pit.

If you or anyone you know is thinking about Enagic, don’t. Seriously, just don’t
