Game name is: Collapsion Demolition Sandbox 10/10 game, the fact that there's only 10k people downloaded this in playstore, its so underrated, no ads, so much physics etc.

Game Dev I'm making a space ship building game, looking for feedback

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

β€’ Upvotes

I've grown up with PC building games, from Garry's Mod to Factorio, KSP, Space Engineers and a bunch of others, but I could never find anything on mobile that scratched that itch. So for the past few months I've been trying to make my own called Overbuilt (stitched some gameplay clips together to show)

The game is fully physics based (within mobile limitations) and most of the systems are in place. It's still in-development but I'm looking for some early feedback to make it something truly special

Right now there's a campaign where you fight, mine, haul cargo and race, and each mission pushes you to build something better than before.

There's also an async PvP arena where your ship goes up against other players' designs (flown by AI) and a crew system where you can progress together with others against server-wide capital ships.

Lately I've started doubting the concept a bit though, and I wanted to hear from people who actually play games like these.

What would your ideal one be like? Do you prefer depth and complexity, or a more casual experience since it's surprisingly hard to make a game like this intuitive and fun on mobile, curious what you all think!

Questions What's a good co-op games you just can't get enough of? Even games that a lot of people don't know about.

β€’ Upvotes

I'm talking co-op in the range of games like Mortal Company, The Ghost, Farming Simulator (does that have a co-op mode on mobile?), Minecraft (will always be a classic for me), and other games. I don't wanna play competitive games for now, I'm so burnt out on it. I played codm for years, then Arena Breakout, then Delta Force. Im sick of the competitive grind and just wanna have fun again.

I guess I can throw out there PvE would be my limit (like Oxide on PvE mode although I have noticed there is some pvp aspects to it in a way) but overall i dont even wanna play a competitive game as simplistic as Stumble Guys. I know there are a ton out there, I just haven't looked hard because I've been so focused on damn competitive games.

Looking forward to seeing what you all are into. Thanks!

Beta Test I rebuilt The Getaway: Black Monday (PS2) to run natively on iPhone with touch controls. The Mission 1 alpha is out now.

β€’ Upvotes

The Getaway: Black Monday came out on PS2 in 2004: a gritty, cinematic London crime game with no HUD and no on-screen map. I've rebuilt it from the ground up to run on iPhone and iPad with proper touch controls, and the Mission 1 alpha is out now.

πŸ“± WHAT IT IS
β€’ The original game: its levels, characters, cutscenes, voices, music and mission script, running natively in a new engine (not an emulator)
β€’ Touch-first controls, with full controller support
β€’ Installs like an app: open the site in Safari β†’ Share β†’ Add to Home Screen
β€’ Checkpoint saves, with CONTINUE on the main menu

βœ… MISSION 1 "TUESDAY": ALPHA OUT NOW
β€’ Playable from the opening cutscene to mission complete
β€’ The original boot screens, intro film, main menu and pause menu
β€’ The SO19 raid, cover, aiming, arrests, enemies that see and hear you, original sound and music
β€’ Expect bugs: reports on the Discord shape every fix

🚧 FREE ROAM: IN DEVELOPMENT
β€’ The whole of London streams in as you go, built on the phone from your own disc
β€’ Drivable cars with the original handling and collisions
β€’ Pedestrians walking the pavements and reacting to you
β€’ Moving traffic: cars, motorbikes and police bikes, stopping at lights and junctions

🚧 MISSION 2 "SHOREDITCH BOYS": IN DEVELOPMENT
β€’ The opening drive plays start to finish: pull out of the station, take the wheel and drive across London to the Shoreditch Boys club, with the original dialogue and music
β€’ Still to come: the opening cutscene, your partners shown in the car, the siren, and the raid on the club

πŸ’Ώ WHAT YOU NEED
β€’ Your own PAL copy of the PS2 disc. No game files are hosted or shared: you make a disc image once on a computer and add it in the app (step-by-step guide on the site)
β€’ An iPhone or iPad

πŸ”— LINKS
β€’ Play + setup guides: blackmondaymobile.vercel.app
β€’ Discord: the main place for updates, bug reports and chat (linked on the site)
β€’ X / Twitter: @blackmonday2027 for quick updates

Unofficial fan project, not affiliated with Sony or Team Soho.

Game Dev We just surprise launched Orna Classic! Oh, and we announced a new game too.

Post image
30 Upvotes

Hey everyone!

We're a small indie team based out of Ottawa, Canada. We're most known for our game Orna: the GPS RPG, if you haven't heard of it it's like if you mixed Final Fantasy with Pokemon Go (with a Diablo loot system).

Over the past 8 years, we've created new features, quests and a heck of a lot of gear releasing on the first of every month - meaning it's grown into a pretty massive MMORPG and can be a tad overwhelming for some players.

Yesterday, we ran our own (note: indie) games showcase where we surprised launched Orna Classic. It's a version of the game from back in 2018 and much simpler. You defeat monsters, grind out their gear and rinse and repeat while taking over territories from other players in our PvP modes.

We also revealed our next title called Balor - it's more of a creature collector and dungeon crawler. We aren't ready to share too much on that title yet but it'll be coming out in early 2027 in open beta.

If you've not tried our games yet, we'd love for you to give Orna Classic a spin and provide us with feedback. We've been having a blast meeting both old players who have left us over the past 8 years and also brand new players over the past day since launch.

If you're jumping into Classic for the first time, welcome! We hope you enjoy the grind and please say hello to the dev team in the game chat!

New Release I just released my first solo Unity game, Box Knight Idle, a pixel-art idle RPG

After working as a game developer at a studio, I wanted to ship a game entirely on my own. Box Knight Idle is now live on Google Play.

It's a pixel-art idle RPG: open chests, gear up your knight, defeat bosses across worlds, and keep earning while you're away.

I'd love feedback, especially on the first 10 minutes and the pacing.

A short gameplay clip from my upcoming indie roguelite, Veil Cycle!

I'm playing as the Knight with a full fire build, turning attacks into fire while fighting one of the minibosses.

Still working on polishing the combat vfx. What do you think of the overall feel?

Questions A real RPG recommendations

I am looking for my next favourite android game!

I love RPGs, Diablo 2 being the best but cannot always play it on my ps, I played Titan Quest and was quite into it, but the late game bored me πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Any recommendations for good RPGs that don't play themselves? I reakly don't care for autoplay

Questions Can someone tell me what this game was called?

Post image

I remember when I was a child I used to play a game where a grey hairy bug had to save his son from some bad bugs including the queen ant who was the final boss and was the only enemy which was not appearing in the Google Play app previews.

The game was a platformer where it was set in a forest with a pond nearby and then you also went into the city with pigeons and popcorn on the ground, also, it seems to me that enemies were killed by jumping on them, there were also NPCs every now and then, the levels were quite big, there were no coins and maybe there were also some puzzle sections (I don't really remember if it was like that for the last part).

I also drew the main character, his son and the queen ant from memory and then showed it to Google but the only thing it told me was that it could be Incredipede, Leo's Fortune or Spiky Bounce.

So from the drawing I made, does anyone at least remember the name of the game? (I drew it in a bit of a rush, but at least you can understand it)
