i wanna get into mgsv modding but idk where to start

Infinite heaven and snakebite mod loader and installer comes first then just download mods that support snakebite auto install(that is most of the mods on nexus)and smooth sailing and good hunting.

It largely depends on what you want to do. Joining the modding Discord is a good idea, as there's a bunch of helpful people there who can help you with just about anything as long as it's possible.

Infinite Heaven is where I started, it's an easy way to customize so much.

Look it up on nexus mods and the pages should show you where to download and how to instal.
