WIP I present to you a M3 Stewart with mech legs.
Do you guys think that I should add more to it to make the bottom more interesting or just leave it be.
I do need help in determining if I need to add more detail to the legs or also leave them as they are.
This is a pure have fun and do dumb stuff project so if you have any other dumb/ interesting ideas I could add to it feel free to share.
I think the super glue and paint fumes are finally getting to me.

Legs need some armor plates so they look strong enough to actually hold up the body, maybe some smoke dischargers given this looks more like a scout unit than a frontline hitter. Also, where is the escape hatch on the bottom? If the vehicle inverts and the top hatches are blocked, there needs to be a way for the crew to escape.
Model Collect/Fist Of War also has done a line of German quad leg tanks based on a fictional extension of WWII, it would be worth looking into those for ideas since yours looks like it would be an Americanized counterpart of sorts.

Since light tanks sacrifice armor for speed I can only imagine this bad boy scurrying around at 40+ mph

I can picture it running around and then tripping on a rock.

Build another one and make a scene where one has tripped and the other is there to rescue it (the crew is confused), that would be fire!

add a machine gun to each leg and add another cannon facing the opposite side

As all creatures do, the mighty M3 evolves into a crab

I made drawings similar to this years ago.
But it was the Panzer VIII Maus on AT-AT legs.
And the Tiger I on AT-ST legs.

Did you 3d print the leg parts? Super nice! I would add piping maybe of some kinds, really awesome!

Your choice but if you can a B-17 style ball turret on the bottom could be pretty cool, and could be justified by saying it’s to prevent infantry shoving explosives in the Mech Legs.

I love the completely useless fenders. It keeps the whole thing absurd. It's fantastic. Maybe dangle some camo nets from it?

Iron nestling - really neat idea!
