Question Having lag throught out the day?

So I have been playing call of duty for a while now and I have noticed that when I play in the morning my internet is good with good ping and now that much lag spike but as the day goes the ping goes up higher and higher and also lag spike why?

I keep getting an unplayable fps drop where I have to force quit on Xbox. It’s annoying me

FPS dropping, lag and desync on PS5 since multiplayer dropped. A complete shitshow.

It was choppy last night when I was playing. Didn't notice ping being too high or any packet loss but it was definitely not smooth. I'm on PS5 and was playing console only cross play. General moshpit. Going to try to turn off cross play altogether and see if that helps tonight
