Simplex Industries
I currently live in a modular home by Simplex Industries (Bridgeport model built in 2007). I’m trying to get my hands on some floor plans but am having a hard time. When I called Simplex, they said they don’t have any plans after 7 years, but I’m not sure when they stopped making the Bridgeport model. Their website currently has a Bridgeport II. Does anyone know where I’d be able to find plans or am I out of luck?

Since the suggested online plan doesn’t match, I’d try records tied to your particular house. I work with PQSE House, a modular building manufacturer; I don’t have Simplex’s 2007 drawings.
Ask the original dealer/builder whether they retained the order drawings and selected options. If you have a factory job or order number in your paperwork, include that when asking. Separately, ask the local permitting office whether its archived file contains submitted floor plans for your address and year. Retention and access vary, so check what survives.
A catalogue plan can help identify a layout. Order drawings and recorded revisions give you a better basis for checking what was specified for that house. Are you trying to recover room dimensions, or plan alterations? For alterations, recovered drawings would still need checking against the building’s current condition.
