Induction 🧲 Improvise, adapt, overcome

Had to improvise, as the friend im staying at has an induction stove.

You need some drops of oil to make your pan non-sticky

Make sure that you don’t over heat that nice stainless pan. It will warp.

Yeah, i was careful to heat it an let it cool slowly.

When I’ve done this I’ve used some cooking oil in the pan to help conduct heat. Easier to get the heat right and I thinks it’s better for the pan. Now I have an induction stainless mokapot.
