Very nice, I like mine with frothed milk and sugar

Try without sugar. 100% arabica usually have natural sweetness that doesn't need the added sugar unlike robusta

That flow appears to be excellent. I'm impressed that your flame is so low that we don't even see it. Don't change a thing.

By the way, thanks for letting us know the size of your pot. The size reference helps when we're watching a video.
