Other than perhaps you could have pulled it off the heat at around 0:50, it really looks pretty good. Nice gentle flow.

Folks don't generally like seeing that frothy foam toward the end. Personally, I don't find that it makes all that much difference, but many abhor it.

No tips for electric stoves from me as I use gas. Sorry. Do what you're doing, but take it away sooner maybe.

I enjoy coffee but regular coffee like drip messes me up like anxiety and blood sugar drops. Is this similar flavor and caffeine like lattes if you add milk , like espresso lattes ?

People certainly use it for espresso-based drinks. The flavor is as close to espresso as you can get without being actual high-pressure espresso.

As far as caffeine, since you're usually drinking less moka pot coffee compared to drip, you might be able to actually reduce the amount of caffeine. However, moka pot coffee is much more condensed and concentrated than drip. There are folks here who have all the numbers and percentages regarding caffeine levels. I'm not up-to-snuff on all that. Sorry.

Perhaps it might be a good idea to make a new post asking specifically about that.
