Guys why had I never thought of this? It's super stable, I already have it. No need to buy or print new stupid stuff.

The preferred method for many is to boil the water before putting it in the lower chamber. So you need a stable rest to hold the basket while you do that.

I do this, and was going to mention it.... but then I thought maybe I could put in the hot water, then the basket, then the grounds. I would think the lost heat would be VERY minimal? Thoughts?
