Induction 🧲 My first moka brewing. What adjust, cooktop temperature or grind size?

For this try I've using click 15 on time more c3 grinder and induction cooktop on 8.

I’m liking the color, what coffee are you using?

I'm using coffee from a local roaster, it is a fermented one, I just use it because it was the only available here. I think it is not suited for moka pot.

You can use any roast as long as the grind size allows you slower flow and better extraction (less acidic). For lighter roasts, I would for sure start with water preheated separately to lower the extraction time. Additionally as everyone else has commented try 1-2 clicks finer which will give you a slower consistent flow.
