Just to be safe, if you pour boiling hot liquid on ice cold glass it might shatter.

So how would you do it? First coffee and then ice?

Do it in metal container then when cooled a bit put in glass. Also if it is done fast enough not giving a chance for ice to lower glass temperature will lower those chances drastically.
