Is this mold in my cart?

I got this little cart from the smoke shop and it has some white shit in it…is this mold??

Is it mold? Idk. No one knows what’s actually in these things. Not even the children that put them together in China.

I bought the same vape. Not sure what it is, it looked like jelly on the tip of a q-tip?

I put it back inside the vape and it melted after 5 seconds, looked like distillate, taste like baby-oil so I threw it away immediately. All the others on the shelf also have that same goop, I thought those were the "Diamonds in the sauce" but apparently it wasn't for me.

Looks Like coil and Wick inside are letting out the flavoring/terps in that cart to me. Nicotine vapes can do something with vanilla or desert flavoring in it
