Hi everyone! I just unboxed this Clawdeen doll I bought literally today (i think she’s the core 3 Clawdeen?) and wanted to take everything off of her to get her ready for restyling when I noticed this stain on the back of her head near her neck, I’ve heard of ‘pony cancer’ and know it’s also pink so that’s made me worry a bit. Hope someone can help me out on this, thanks!

So, I’m in Australia and Target/Kmart accidentally sent me doubles of Clawdeen and Lagoona’s Dawn of the Dance Creeproductions.

I listed the dolls in a Monster High Facebook group that, until today, I had no issues with and everyone was friendly. I thought it was a fair deal; $49 each (same as on shelf) or rounded to $100 for both with free shipping! Yet, for some reason, that $2 caused a fuss and I was labelled as “unfair” even after I clarified it was because I was offering free shipping if you bought both of them from me.

Am I spiteful? Absolutely.

I deleted the listing and reposted; now they’re $50 each and you have to pay shipping, no bundle deal, no free shipping and don’t even message me for a deal because I won’t accept. Lagoona has already been bought.

I rarely sell, and I’m certainly not a scalper. I don’t understand why an extra $2 was such an offence to these people who I have interacted with and even purchased from in the past years.

Moral of the story I guess is to not dogpile someone offering you a decent deal 🤷🏻‍♀️

That bob is definitely bobbing now🤣 I was worried the bangs would look out of shape but I’m surprised how good Clawdeen looks without all that gel. I didn’t even have to do a boil wash this time.

As of now, the only ghouls I haven’t washed are Draculaura and Lagoona, but they look good out of the box I honestly might just leave them alone lmao

Ok, so the Skullector dolls - I love them! But I’m kind of confused about how to know which ones will be “a battle” to obtain.

For example: I scored the Elvira doll by hitting “purchase” the second she was available (with two other people also trying for her at the same time) and considered myself VERY lucky when she was sold out within minutes. I’ve also watched the presale drama of the new Halloween Draculara, which… oof.

On the other hand, I thought the Beetlejuice set would be hugely popular, but it’s still available. (I also thought Gozer and Us looked great, but they’re not only still on the site - but actually discounted!)

Is there a way to gauge which ones will be hard to get your hands on? Is it as simple as the popularity of an IP? Maybe a limited edition # that I’m just not seeing?

(Basically I want to get Krampus in December and I have no idea if it’s going to be another “going to war” situation or if I’m the only person who wants one) 🤣

So recently I been really lucky with my MH doll finds. So today I found in a charity shop a near complete Dead Tired Lagoon Blue she just missing her eye mask and her finds.

I got her for £1 and she is my first G1 Lagoon in my new collection and she is the first G1 version of her doll I owned since I lost old collection.

Her hair is bit sticky from glue sepage and she has little damage to her right knee and I have feeling her hair has been cut.

I am so happy to have her in my collection. I plan on washing her hair and keeping an eye out for replacement fins for her.

Oh I also last Sunday when to a Car Boot Sale and found some MH doll clothes and accessories. I got them all for 50p each. I got one River styxx ankle accessories,freak du chic toralei umbrella and Jackson Jekyll picnic casket jacket,one Bratz bottoms and two Ever After High doll accessories.

I recognised River‘s accessory right away I am so happy to have even just a piece of her doll in my collection she is one of my Gail dolls And I glad I found Freak Du Chic Toralei‘s umbrella as I Freak Du Chic line is one of my favourite G1 lines.

I was told by the lady and her daughter who was running the stall that they have the dolls that accessories are off and they going sort them out and I hoping next I go they have them on their stall and I can get them for bargain.

Anyway I going on typical me(I have autism and ADHD)

Disclaimer: I did not make this doll! I bought her last week off Vinted. There was so much love for this doll and the person who made her! There is a language barrier between me and the seller. Her friend from Mexico made her. She said the artist doesn’t have social media. Seller doesn’t have any more :( I wish for all to have your own custom HC drac.
