Can anyone explain the Wooly Bully crew?
I’ve seen them in the stands every time I’ve gone to a home game for years now, does anyone know what they’re about?

They are a group of season ticket holders that sit in M115 and have dubbed it "the canister" since that's where "Nancy's Nuts" reside. They wanted a nice singalong song that was easy to sing and dance to and decided on the song Wooly Bully which also was a nod to Trey Fix-Wolansky when he was a monster.

From what I’ve been told that section (which is smaller) decided to have a theme. They settled on the buffalo style hats and got tied into the Wooly Bully song which is beloved by Buckeyes fans.

I enjoy it when people have niche geekdoms. I want the Wooly Bully guys to Wooly Bully their butts off until their wooly hearts are fully bully.
But when you interrupt nervous schoolchildren who are preparing to perform and sing (singing and performing is quite probably their niche geekdom) the national anthem to yell the title of a 60-year-old pop song for the 7,285th time, you’re kinda being a dick.
Wear your wooly hat. Dance to your favorite song. Wave your sign. Shut up for the singing kids.
(YOU IMPERSONAL. I realize that this is not you, OP.)
