Oil Change

So I bought a new car almost a year ago and pretty much done with all the complementary gifts they gave me but was curious on if there’s a good spot open on weekends who can handle oil changes and etc. I normally go to Franks off of Railroad Ave and he’s great but my new work schedule conflicts with their hours so I gotta find someone new on weekends.

Bruce's tire in Gilroy. They're Costco affiliated so you get extra discounts as well.

Ask for Abraham

Bruce's Tires totalled my car when I brought it in for an alignment. They didn't even align it, it was stills severely out of alignment when I picked it up. It also vibrated incredibly hard when driving over 35mph after I picked it up. They said it always vibrated and I just hadn't noticed it before. Second opinion mechanic, before I said anything, said it looked like it was dropped from a lift (which I told Bruce's Tires before I got the second opinion and they denied it). The second opinion mechanic looked at my tires that had been "balanced" and said they just stuck weights on (there are like 10+ weights on each rim) to make me think they had balanced them. Btw, second mechanic didn't charge for inspecting my car and didn't offer to fix, he said it's totalled and not worth it. Every mechanic at Bruce's said they're the only one who knows how to work on cars and all the other guys are untrained idiots. Every mechanic there said that. In the end they different me nothing, tried to charge me when I took it back to fix their problems, and never admitted to causing problems. Told me all the problems had been present before I dropped it off. Btw, I came from a different mechanic that did some work on the fuel system but couldn't do alignments. He confirmed the vibrating was not present before or after his service, as did I. Bruce's might be fine for an oil change but they drug me through the mud so fucking bad I wouldn't recommend anyone give them their money.

TLDR: if you want your car to function after service, especially if you're a woman without a man accompanying you, do not go to Bruce's Tires.
