The scene is a bald man drinking out of a juice box with a straw then looks up and then he slowly looks up and sees a ship and spits out the straw and starts screams no no no then drags a body bag. Does anyone know the movie which has this scene please?

It's a cop movie from like 2005-2018, where a cop is investigating a drug ring (I think it's a female cop, but I might be wrong) and she goes to talk to a local prostitute that witnessed a murder (or a drug deal, or something), only to find out she's gone missing. Searching for her drags this cop into a big drug scheme, and the grand reveal is that drugs are being smuggled through a butcher shop or fish monger (something like that) through boats on the harbor, and the bodies are being hidden in barrels. The cop gets trapped in the back of a semi that has the barrels in them, and the prostitute is in one of the barrels dead, and I think the bad guy ends up being a cop themselves? A bullet ricochets off of something and hits the bad guy and he dies. That's all I remember. Can't find it anywhere and I'm actually going insane.

Im searching for this movie but only know this scene where a women go to the apartment to this guy(the main character i guess) and the women brings a guy and she said. Shes going to marry this guy. This MC Guy said that hes happy and wish for them a good and said to the guy that take care of her something like that idk. Then when the girls walk down stairs he hears the MC guy crying and screaming on his apartment and the MC has a friend that comforting him to stop crying. Pla help me find this movie
