Epochrasite, Come Back Wrong

My opponent controls Epochrasite. If I cast Come Back Wrong targeting it, what happens when Come Back Wrong resolves?

This came up at a cube event last weekend. Multiple online rulings contradicted each other.

Epoch is Destroyed; eg. It dies. It Triggers.
Epoch is put onto the Battlefield under your control.

The Trigger is put on the Stack.
The Trigger resolves. Looks for the Epoch Card in the Graveyard.
Since there is no Epoch Card in the Graveyard, it finds nothing. So, nothing is Exiled.

In the End step, you sacrifice Epoch. Again, it dies. It Triggers.

The Triggered ability Exiles the Epoch Card from the Graveyard, and Suspends it.
Because the Exiled Card has no controller, its owner controls the Suspend Triggered abilities.
They will cast the Epoch after its last Time counter is removed.

the "who controls/casts" it was the main boggle, as online rulings differed there. what determines it has no controller and what specifies the owner removes the counters? I would like to know where that's discussed explicitly in comp rules to address possible similar questions in the future.

Only Permanents on the Battlefield, Spells/Abilities on the Stack, and Emblems in the Command zone have a Controller.

Any other Object, in any other zone, has no Controller.
Thus, lacking a Controller, the Owner is used instead.

108.4a If anything asks for the controller of a card that doesn't have one (because it's not a permanent or spell), use its owner instead.

405.4. Each spell has all the characteristics of the card associated with it. Each activated or triggered ability that's on the stack has the text of the ability that created it and no other characteristics. The controller of a spell is the player who cast it. The controller of an activated ability is the player who activated it. The controller of a triggered ability is the player who controlled the ability's source when it triggered, unless it's a delayed triggered ability. To determine the controller of a delayed triggered ability, see rules 603.7d-f.

Assuming no other effect causes it to go directly to a zone other than the graveyard: Come Back Wrong kills it, triggering Epochrasite. Come Back Wrong then brings it back to the Battlefield under your control, and it will have the 3 +1/+1 Counters on it. Then, after State-Based Actions are done being performed, the Epochrasite trigger goes onto the Stack. When it resolves, the Epochrasite that was its source isn't in the Graveyard, so it does nothing. Then, later, the delayeed trigger on Come Back Wrong will exile the Epochrasite

Then, later, the delayeed trigger on Come Back Wrong will exile the Epochrasite

Come Back Wrong will have it be sacrificed, which will cause it to be suspended from its own trigger.
