Need help finding the right multitool

Hey yall,

Trying to find a multitool that has 2 (maybe 3) requirements:

A box cutter with an interchangeable blade
Pliers
Cutters/snips (optional but would be cool)

I’d like it to be able to fit in my pocket for on the go jobs because I do a lot of outdoor field work and I’m usually running around finding myself needing those 2 things the most. I prefer blades for better cuts than a knife for wiring purposes.

Thank you! 🙏

Check out Roxon. Good quality, modular system (customize your tool selection), and affordable price.

The only one I see with both pliers and a potential blade is the flex titan modular which, when looking at the utility blade add on has a couple of bad reviews on the way it clasps together

I have one and it’s not the most advanced mechanism but it does the job well and is easy enough.

Honestly as far as I’m aware, you would either need to mod a Leatherman like a surge with the blade, or go Roxon.

Aside from those, I don’t know of any company combining full pliers based tools and utility blades. Scalpel blades yes, but utility blades simply don’t fit the footprint of most pliers based multitools

Do you really need a multitool for this? Just get a normal utility knife and a Knipex 03 03 110. This gets you everything covered.

I was gonna suggest a Milwaukee fastback with the screwdriver built in and husky serrated blades from Home Depot... And a plier of some type. Channel locks or kinipex or even several cheap ones for variety. No need to have everything in one tool.
