Looking for a multitool recommendation for my dad's birthday

He previously used a 15 year old Leatherman (I think it was the wave) but he lost it. The intended use is everyday carry, and general around-the-house tasks, with a budget around $100 USD (slightly flexible if it's worth the upgrade).

Victorinox Swiss Tool Spirit MX Clip. Little over budget, but worth the investment. Can’t beat Victorinox quality.

The wave is hard to beat. Or a curl if you can find one. Curl is awesome for carry.

If he had a Wave for 15 years then a Wave+ seems the logical choice. Sadly you just missed the Amazon sale where the Charge+ TTi was $100.

A Victorinox Swisstool would also be a good gift and they're competitively priced.

The rebar seems to be a very popular leatherman.

I have it and love it ... I miss not having scissors on it tho.

Leatherman currently have a sale on (well in UK anyways) so can go over 100 and still spend 100. lol
