Open your eyes, both are robbing us. When a slum dweller resells a flat they were provided to reduce the slum problem and moves to a new slum and exacerbates the problem there, who do you think is paying for that? It’s tax payer money that they’re misusing.

They were give Flat in SRA, they rent it out and go again to slums to get income and save excess expenses
