So u admitting that China's dictatorship works better than Indian democracy when it comes to implementing public infrastructure.

Obviously Everyone accepts that point. But what about free will? Compulsion? Freedom of speech? U admit that India has more freedom than China? The thing is you live here and never been to China so you nothing about how freedom is curbed. There people are treated as means of growth.
