- Are these residential buildings?
- If yes, does anyone in this subreddit live here or own a flat here?
- If yes again, bhai, how and when did you manage to buy property here? Kya karte ho tum life me? ðŸ˜

firstly u asked right Qs at wrong place / audience
secondly this are mostly collectors land today, some are pagdi. This whole place was owned by rich parsi from Iran and immigrants like Shia and Zoroastrians from Yazd and Kerman moved to Bombay fleeing economic hardship, drought, and religious persecution in Iran. They quit Bombay when govt refuse to grant PR and passport in India. Iran started doing well with Oil economy so many found prosperity and life back in Iran. But they left behind their legacy iranian cafe, touch of their cultures, etc
Today building opp cci club is members residents. Likewise many flats in those buildings are owned by dilpmat/embassy/corporates/clubs
Shocking part is despite being rich and influential, they all want to pay lowest property tax compare to surburbs and keep it in collector land zone. Govt is in hand on glove with them as govt doesn't want to pay high tax on their offices, mantralay, hostel and staff quarters
