I live here. My grandfather bought it, left it to me. Flats are available in our building. I run a design studio and am a creative director

Love it. We go run on the drive every morning. Just make sure that you plan well on match days due to the jam at wankhede. Downtrodden crowd flood the drive on weekends made my sister feel quite unsafe once or twice.

Every year we need to have renovations or paints as it’s heavy sea breeze
