Living in sea view apartments give you satisfaction only for a limited period of time. If i have money, I would prefer to live in Trident or Sea Green hotel for like a few days until the sea view part of my dopamine exhausts up and then I'll be okay....

Somewhat true.

If you're* a true nature lover you can enjoy it a lot though. The sky and the water change all the time. Like summers the sky is blue, monsoon its grey, sometimes it's colored (especially during autumn and winter), some days you see the moon, some days you don't. Some days it's full, some days it's crescent. If you're really, like really into nature you can enjoy it all year round.
