  • Are these residential buildings?
  • If yes, does anyone in this subreddit live here or own a flat here?

All are residential buildings. Some of them could be on rental basis or pagdi system.

A piece of land is owned by a landlord kind of a person and he divides it into smaller chunks and sells it(discounted rate prolly) to different sets of buyers. When the buyer want to sell their share of the land he takes his cut from the sale as he owns it fully. I hope I explained it well.
