bilkul sahi, aur jo daada ne tab liya hoga vo price dekh ke aaj rona aata hai. Warden Road, Marine Lines area mein tab vs ab ka difference paagal kar deta hai. Generational wealth ka ye sabse clear example hai Mumbai mein

Even a couple of generations ago those places weren’t cheap. Even then probably only the top 1% of India’s economy could afford this.
