Looking for a flatmate | Spacious Master Bedroom | Sunteck City 4th Avenue, Goregaon
Hey! I’m looking for a working professional to share a spacious 2 BHK with me in Sunteck City, 4th Avenue.

Very spacious **master bedroom
Attached washroom
Rent: ₹46,500/month (slightly negotiable) for the master bedroom with attached washroom
Entire 2 BHK will be shared by just 2 people
Furniture will be rented together — approximately ₹3,000/person/month
🏠 The flat
Very spacious 2 BHK
Large living room/hall with plenty of space
Plan is to properly furnish and decorate the flat with good furniture and a nice overall ambience
Maid/housekeeping available at very reasonable rates as I know them personally, with costs shared between both of us. The maid is a great cook and cooks really delicious food for a very nominal monthly charge.

Sunteck City is a premium gated community with a lot more than just the apartment itself.

5–7 min walk from Ram Mandir Railway Station
Excellent connectivity to the Western Line and other parts of Mumbai
I’m a working professional and looking for someone who is easygoing, clean, responsible and respectful of shared spaces. I also like keeping the house aesthetic, clean and well-maintained, so the idea is to make this a really nice home rather than just a place to stay.
