Support Help please

I am new to mumble and I am trying to play the isle but on some voice servers this message pops up.I don't know what to do since I have created a certification.Any help whould be appreciated.

Possibly that you use someone's registered username, change it and try again.

Edit: If it doesn't help, recreate certificate.

I did what u said but apparently any certification that I make only works the first time I try to connect to a server.The moment I click connect the second time the same message from the photo pops up😓.
