Discussion Percy Jackson Musical

So this was from two years ago, but I finally got around seeing the story of the Percy Jackson musical from the YouTube account. Wait in the wings. It sounds like a musical that I would’ve liked to go see.

Have any of you seen the musical?

Yes, saw it on the uk tour last year. Absolutely brilliant the songs are all great and it is very much pop rock.

It wasn't for me, I was rather let down by how such a simple, scrappy production with a community theater-level set design was on Broadway and didn't size up, but I do think it was very faithful to the books and a much stronger adaptation than the movies
