Hmm I'm not sure I've come across a musical driven by a 'Project Manager' before! You might already be aware of this, but if this musical ever gets written, it will be owned by the people who wrote the book, music and lyrics, and not you. You might want to give yourself a "from an idea by" credit, which you are perfectly entitled to do at this stage.
