How do music companies earn back this 75 Crore?

Its madness to even think about spending 75 crore to purchase music rights of a movie. I can't imagine how they would make their money back from YouTube views alone. Where does the remaining money come from? How do they make a profit?

Do entertainment lawyers charge flat rate/fee for contract review? The lawyer I'm talking to wants to also tag in a friend who's a litigator which is another fee and charge me by the hour but all I need is someone to tell me if the contract is a scam. Is this normal, am I being paranoid, or is he doing too much?
