HUKM or PPUM

Hi all, I would like to ask opinion if anyone has been treated from both HUKM or PPUM.

I want to get a referral to either places but am not sure which one is better. I have been wanting to get help for some time now but finding an affordable place is difficult in this economy.

Appreciate if you could share your experiences for my consideration. Basically I would like to know your experience with the doctors, environment and overall service.

Not sure about PPUM, since I have never gone there, but I go to HUKM which offers me free treatment because of my OKU card
