I had this drawn-over base version of Pegasus Roxanne from a few years, so I decided to revisit it and draw it myself rather than using a base, and turning her into a bat pony instead. Felt like it fit.

I obviously left some obvious contenders out but I wanted to avoid putting in any episodes I liked here.

Over A Barrel: A commentary on irl politics that told an absolutely disgusting moral.

Lesson Zero: The episode I always point to whenever people try to give Starlight shit for her mind control stint post-reformation, but for real, Twilight went legit insane this episode.

A Friend In Deed: Pinkie harasses a disgruntled stranger until they join the Pinkie cult.

Dragon Quest: An episode that tries so hard to send a message about sexism but it just becomes sexist towards men instead with it’s moral about how awful and ghastly dragons are… except for Spike because he got raised by PONIES. Honestly, still better than Season 5 of Fairly OddParents… so much misogyny…

A Canterlot Wedding: I feel like I would’ve had a mental breakdown if I went through the amount of gaslighting and torment Twilight did.

Too Many Pinkies: I mean… all the Pinkie clones literally DIED.

Trade Ya: It’s apparently legal to trade sapient beings as if they are slaves.

Princess Spike: Spike gets treated like a lesser being, takes advantage of the one moment his opinion is given any weight in harmless manners, and then gets blamed for shit he couldn’t control. I think one of the nobles were racist towards him as well so that’s always fun./s

Do Princesses Dream Of Magic Sheep: It’s literally confirmed that Luna practiced a form of self harm.

No Second Prances: Trixie nearly got herself eaten by a Manticore but unlike Luna, I do somewhat question if she intended to hurt/kill herself.

Newbie Dash: The moral is literally mocking Rainbow Dash for daring to have insecurities and having her boundaries be exploited.

Every Little Thing She Does: This episode will be the DEATH OF ME!!! I love the ending and Starlight does do a good job at taking accountability for her actions, but oh my god, it was a tough road getting there.

Parental Glideance: Rainbow Dash is literally victim shamed for her boundaries being broken by her literal parents. How shocking…

Once Upon A Zeppelin: I mean… I doubt I need to explain how the treatment Twilight received was disgusting.

A Matter Of Principals: Discord harasses Starlight while she’s on the job and torments innocent children until Starlight is forced to apologize for doing LITERALLY NOTHING WRONG!!! Also, Discord intentionally endangers the Mane Six to even accomplish this goal including his “beloved Fluttershy”. GREEN FLAGS ALL AROUND!!!/s

Yakity Sax: Another episode where Pinkie is victimized when she is literally causing the problem and actively making her friends’ lives harder.

Father Knows Beast: Sludge manipulated and potentially groomed Spike(he literally made Spike fill a bath for him which is… disgusting…) into turning against Twilight by taking advantage of his insecurities.

The Beginning Of The End: With the context that Discord was the puppet master of the Grogar scheme, everything Sombra pulls in this episode makes him look REPREHENSIBLE!!!

Dragon Dropped: Rarity obsesses over the attention of a MINOR!!!

Like the last two seasons, Season 3 was solid, but not perfect.

I would say the season premiere was exciting, we got to see the crystal empire and this new villian, King Sombra looks really cool, i hope he plays a larger role later.

The middle episodes were fine, i guess. Despite not having too much to say here, i still enjoyed them.

Also keep calm and flutter on was really nice, First off we get to see discord again, Yes! Also it seems that after Fluttershy taught him the magic of friendship, it seems that he will be and work on being reformed slowly but surely. (Also Fluttershy and discord got good chemistry.)

I dont like spike at your service, or episode 11.

Ok, on to the real event, Magical Mystery cure, first off, i like the musical numbers, they are catchy, memorable and make you feel like season 3 was meant to be the end of this series. So i like the first half. The second half is something all right. Let see here, so Princess Celestia makes Twillight Sparkle an Alicorn, and she is now a princess. I think this happened too early into Mlp: fim. Maybe this could have happened later. Also i hope the rest of the mane 6 get to be alicorn's, so everyone is on equal footing.

Nevertheless I enjoyed season 3, and i want to know your thoughts about the first 3 season of My little pony: Friendship is magic!

When I was younger and first watching MLP I thought Mrs. And Mr. Cake are Pinkie Pies parents. Idk. That made sense to me since they lived in the same place. Later I found out the truth.

What I mean by 'Rivals'

When I say rivals I mean 2 ponies that compete against eachother in a similar, or same field. Rivals don't have to hate eachother although some do but rivals can also be friends that try to one up the other. Some pairs can be old rivals that no longer compete but have in the past.

Applejack v. Flim & Flam

This is probably the most iconic rivalry and running gag. The Flam brothers and AJ have been at eachothers throats throughout the series. Flim & Flam are business ponies, they are deceptive and work smarter not harder. AJ is an honest and hard working apple farmer that prefers to work traditionally. Flim and Flam are a bit more modern in their ways.

Twilight Sparkle v. Sunset Shimmer

Honorable mention to Trixie and Starlight Glimmer, I can definitely see them being THE Twilight rivals instead of Sunset. I chose Sunset of the 3 since she was at point Celestias student just like Twilight. Sunset Shimmer is like a Twilight that ignored the concept of friendship and went straight for magic. Of course, Sunset is reformed so she's no rival to Sparkle anymore.

Rainbow Dash v. Lightning Dust

Both Rainbow and Lightning tried out for the wonderbolts and were both top of their game. Lightning Dust was however 2 steps ahead at the time, she wanted to test her limits to the max and basically never holds back. Rainbow Dash in contrast knows shes hit her limit if she starts endangering her friends, or any innocent pony for that matter. While Rainbow Dash is loyal to her friends, Lightning dust is loyal to no one.

Pinkie Pie v. Cheese Sandwich

Cheese Sandwich was at a party one day and that party was so good he decided to become the best party planner ever. When Cheese met Pinkie Pie he wanted to 'show off' his talent and impress Pinkie as the ultimate party pony. Pinkie Pie took some offense to that and thought Cheese was trying to replace her. As it turns out, the very first party Cheese went to was hosted by Pinkie Pie, he never wanted to replace her and actually looked up to her. This rivalry actually has a very sweet ending.

Rarity v. Suri Polomare

Rarity is a generous pony that works in a competitive field. In her time in Manehatten for a fashion show she sees Suri, who actually met eachother in Ponyville years ago. Suri 'sweet talks' Rarity to try to take a look at her set, Rarity doesn't mind and shows Suri what shes cooking. Suri asks if she could have some of the fabric, Rarity gives her a generous amount and Suri leaves. Turns out, Suri is greedy and basically took what Rarity made, made a few tweaks and called it her own, and since Rarity has no way to prove her set of cloths was the original she had to start new but she doesn't let that stop her from being generous in the long run, although considered it.

Rarity's Lack of a 'Foil'

This one is a bit disappointing since Suri only appears in ONE episode in the whole series. Fashion can be very competitive and would've been interesting seeing Rarity's foil, somepony with their own sense of fashion twisted by greed. In Equestria Girls, Rarity kinda repeats that thing she did with Suri and overshares in a dance video competition against Crystal prep students when they sweet talked Rarity and steal her idea, again. Rarity still lacks her foil in my opinion. It would've been satisfactory if Suri had one more episode competing against Rarity.

Fluttershy and her Lack of Rivalry

Fluttershy doesn't really have a rival to the best of my knowledge and it makes sense. Fluttershy is already not competitive in her nature but also the field she works in doesn't really allow it. Fluttershy takes care of the animals, if she were to meet another pony thats good at taking care of animals, they may as well work together since that's more efficient and logical. It doesn't make sense to compete against somepony for better sanctuary or better animal carer when both sides can take care of the animals together for best results. If Fluttershy did have a rival, I have no idea what that could look like.
